I ordered phone from the company I placed the order 10 weeks ago already, but the seller still hasn’t provided it. I already spoke with the rep, but he continued to ask me to be patient and wait more. I’m really sick of this ### and already asked for refund. But the rep told me that they couldn’t return money back, ‘coz the order was sent. They need this order back. Please, help me how to solve this problem.
