The problem is I bought the car on 05/10 and I still don't have my car. Tim B is really rude and hangs up the phone even when being nice. Also, they asked for one price then they raised the price. They won't quickly provide a solution. I need this car for my job. My family is helping, but it's inconvenient for their appointments. They have medical issues and no car because of helping me. They promised to give a full refund on 03/12 by Monday on 03/15, but now they're refusing.

I had my vehicle repossessed, but I had messaged the account manager and supervisor two days before asking for the amount owed. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response. After the vehicle was taken, I was informed that I needed to call Tim, the supervisor, to discuss getting it back. However, Tim is not the lender. He told me that he wouldn't allow me to redeem the vehicle, but I believe that decision should be made by the lender. I can only speak to the account manager or supervisor, and every time I talk to them, they say it's up to the lender. However, the lender hasn't informed me that I can't redeem it, only the account supervisor at Deal Depot has. So, how can he make that decision if he always said it's up to the lender? I have requested for the lender to call me.

I bought the car in November . 3 weeks later, the car stopped working and completely shut off. I had to get it towed to a local business for repairs. They had the car for 4 days. After getting the car back, a week and a half later, the same problem occurred again. I sent it back to the business to have them look at it, and they fixed the same issue once more. Now, it has been 2 weeks since I got it back, and it's throwing the same code again! I contacted Deal Depot, but they refuse to pay for the repairs, claiming it's not covered under warranty. This is frustrating because the problem started within a month of purchasing the car. The other place that worked on it mentioned that there might be a bigger issue with the car and advised sending it to a Ford dealership. However, Deal Depot refuses to do so unless I pay, which is unfair.

I never had a late car payment. My car dealer put a GPS thing in my car and now they're saying I gotta move back to SC 'cause I can't use the car outside SC. I think it's dumb. They even said they'll tell the credit people if I don't get the GPS. But I always pay my car payments on time. I asked 'em for the lender info, but they won't give it to me when I ask to talk to the lender. I wanna know if this is how a dealership should act. They keep bugging me about the GPS but won't give me the contact info so I can talk to the lender and find out why I can't take my car to school in Florida.

I lost my job because of covid and fell a little behind on my loan, just $200. They called my workplace and bothered me about it. Later, they took my car back and said I could get it back in 10 days for $850 and full insurance. A few days later, when I was on my way to get the car, I called them and they suddenly changed their mind and wouldn't let me have it back. This happened right before Christmas, and I have a full-time job too. They were really mean to me, hanging up or yelling when I called. I went to Deal Depo to get my stuff, but they threw everything away, even the car tag. I never got a repossession notice or a "right to cure default notice" in the mail. This place should be closed down. They're just taking advantage of hardworking people. They show off their big checks and how much money they make right in front of customers. Something needs to be done because I'm not the first person they've done this to.
