The worst place to order mangoes. I ordered a large box and paid $150! And it all came totally Rotten and black on the inside. I took many pictures and sent them to the support team. They first responded with some bs about how it’s ‘spongy tissue’ when it’s clearly just black on the inside !) and then offered to refund me for half the box , then they disappeared and never refunded anything despite nudging them twice ! In short never buy from them I tried many other cheaper and better quality mangoes that I found through a simple google search .

I recently bought a large box of Alphonso mangoes that were advertised as best of the season. I paid $100 and got 12 mangoes. Of the 6 we have cut so far, we had to throw away 3 of them because they were all diseased. I tried to contact them via email and did not receive a response. I am disappointed that they have so little adherence to ethics and accountability.

I received the mangoes in my order, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed.
The packaging looks good and all, but the mangoes do not. I was willing to accommodate some damage incurred during travel but I did not anticipate the mangoes coming to me looking dried up like this.
I had expected a better standard, based on every other aspect of the delivery, and I'm very glad that my trial order was a small one.
And two weeks after emailing Jaidev Sharma (At contact@mangozz.com), I have had no reply. And attempting to call the number provided also does not get answered. Also, the review I left on the website has been sidelined too, for more than a week. This website is little more than a scam.
Overall, I'm very disappointed both by the state of the mangoes, and also Jaidev's behavior. I will not be buying from Mangozz.com or the ZZ group again.

The order was placed on 27th may 2017, and I was charged 109.98$. the amount got deducted on 29th. I wrote several mail to for confirming my order but no one cared to respond.
When i call it goes invariably in voice mail. And when i mail there's no reply. Its been long🙄what do i understand from this?+. The experience is bitter; not sure whether they have any intentions to deliver the mangoes? To add to my apprehensions now the site too is not responding.

I have made quite a big order here and purchased some mangoes from Mangozz. It took them a long time to deliver, and delivery was about three weeks late. I was not able to reach these guys no matter how hard I've tried.
When my order finally arrived and I opened the box I saw that all mangoes were already rotten.
I emailed Mangozz customer service and demanded my money back, but they did not reply. I'm so disappointed with these guys, disappointed that I wasted a lot of money but had to put everything into the trash can.

Don’t deal with the company www.mangozz.com. I have ordered mangoes from the company, and the total sum was over $45. They didn’t warn me and took $20 for the delivery and $5 for the box. Seriously, it wasn’t professional and the whole deal was too expensive for me. I of course tried to return money back, but the rep told me that they would return the whole sum for the delivery. I won’t advise this company to other people and share this information.

I bought mango from the company www.mangozz.com. It was couple of day ago, but today I received the cancellation email. I called to the company and it turned out that the seller hasn’t received the payment. I checked account, but money was taken from me already. I sent the copy of the payment, but they didn’t react. How is it possible? I need some advice.
