Woolworths Ballito Bay review: poor service

Good day...very disappointed with the pathetic behaviour of the woolworths ballito bay coffee shop...my bf n i decided to have a quick meal...I sat there 10mins b4 being handed a menu...then my bf decided he would go get an item so I sat there a further 20min no service even to ask our drink order...2ladies behind the counter n there manager busy drinking his coffee...waitress busy attending to other things...still not being assisted by any of them...bf bk after 20min I gt up took my crutches n left there hungry n very disappointed...all they could do was look as bf took this up with the manager on duty...pathetic will nva go there again...rather go support gateway branch with friendly staff n good customer service...all this took place 2day 24/12/15
