I ordered a bunch of stuff from wish and they took the money out of the wrong account so now the one keeps getting over drafted so I am going to owe a fortune at the bank and the one they took it out of was my daughter and son in laws bank please help I cannot afford to pay all these over draft charges at my bank and I have more stuff in my cart and it won't even let me pay for it now

Wish.com sells a wide variety of items on its website. Wish often advertises discounts or sale items, along with an "original" or "regular" price and a corresponding percent discount from that "original" price to the sale price.
The Plaintiffs who filed this case allege that the "original" prices are often inflated higher than the real "original" price. As a result, the Plaintiffs allege that Wish.com advertises discounts that are greater than in reality in order to induce people to buy these "sale" items.
The Plaintiffs presently bring claims against Wish.com for (i) violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act; (ii) Unjust Enrichment, (iii) violations of the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, (iv) violations of the California Unfair Competition Law; and (v) violations of the California False Advertising Act.
Wish.com denies the accuracy of the Plaintiffs' allegations and denies that it violated any law or caused any harm as alleged in the Lawsuit.

the 27 jewelry items I ordered which were advertised as "925 sterling silve, nowhere did it say the items were silver plated.

Every item I ordered as 925 sterling silver, was in fact, plated. Nowhere in the description did it say plated. This is very deceiving and misleading. Wish is outright lying to their customers. In the USA, 925 silver is advertised as such and plated items are advertised as plated, nowhere in the description did it say the jewelry was plated. Also, many of the rings I ordered were damaged, stones set crooked etc. After being worn only a few times, the silver plating has worn off exposing the cheap, brass colored metal. It looks disgusting and can no longer be worn. I was lied to, and I am not a happy customer. Being in the retail/ customer service field, I think the best solution is for Wish to refund my account for all my purchases and for us to part ways. I am willing to send back all of the merchandise as long as wish pays the postage.

I have contacted wish several times about my long arm flexible. Phone holder every since January, and their. Nasty behind haven't. Refunded my money back as of yet.I want to do something. About this.I'm tired and gonna soon stop. Ordering. From. Them i went back to the order history as they said do when they responded back once, and still they haven't proceeded.

I'm Brenda tarculas live in Australia, im number 1 customer of this wish shopping network.in last year September 2, 2017 I ordered 12pcs of business leisure suits, I received the 3pairs of business leisure suits but I am really devastated about the quality of this product so I am completely complained to the customer service support in wish. otherwise and to paypal to help me about my payments to refund my money I have so many times to do the complaints to wish but suddenly I'm still waiting for the customer service support to give me a good respond. until now today is March 19, 2018. I used my paypal account when I'm doing my payments that's why I asked to paypal for help as well because paypal is the one to know if my payments are refunded. I don't know how to contact the store about this products but number 1 to know this are wish customers service support. I am waiting for so long I'm feeling devastated I can't even trust again this shopping network.
Please somebody help me about this to refund my money $280.50 dollars.
free product not put into my cart
I won a woman's cosmetic concealer camouflage cream contour pallet off of the daily giveaway and it stated the item was added to my cart. It was never added to my cart and I even tried to buy another item hoping it would show up and it never did. Ithe claimed I had an hour to checkout but it still didn't show even with a purchase.I have no way to find out why it never transfered and the section for questions do not have an answer for this issue.
daily claims / glitched giveaway
So every night from 9-9:15 I have been logging in to claim the give aways and just about every night I have claiming things and they have been appearing in my cart, but today, however, I claimed a gift, and it said I have claimed it but did not show up in my cart. When I went to check in my cart for it, it stated that5 "empty cart". Is this a glitch or malfunction in the system? I have even rebooted my phone to see if it could fix an error, not my phone.
Seems like this is an error in the system.
please let me know if it is a possible glitch.
This has happened to me several times as well. Usually with the higher value items too. I doubt they are actually "sold out" of the item, as there seemed to be stock right before the giveaway and then the very next morning (every single time).
Also, because the system thinks you "already claimed an item" it wont let you claim another. And of course there is nothing in the cart. And Wish customer service sucks, everyone knows this. So yea, it is kinda scammy.
I haven't had any problems with the giveaway until tonight! It says I claimed it and it is in my checkout but it isn't! Then it says sold out. I've been trying to get this summer scarf cover thing for days now and finally clicked fast enough and this... So stressed.
Happened to me too! Three times so far. I have won several items too though. But yesterday, all of a sudden, my giveaway icon is gone! That is what brought me to this post. Did they remove the giveaway contest or is it just mine that is gone?
Today was my first time really attempting to get an item on the daily giveaway and it happened to me as well. I successfully claimed an item and said it has been added to my cart. The problem is that my cart is empty. Hopefully, this won't happen again but it sure was disappointing because I know how slow Wish's customer service is and it is impossible for them to respond within an hour. Oh well, it's Wish after all.
It is a glitch, I have won over 22 times and said it was added to cart. But cart was empty. And said there out of stock. These chinese people suck at customer service and just copy and paste responses that have nothing to do with your question. Joom app however has excellent customer service and understand English. Wish however you will get nowhere as I have battled trying to speak with sombody who can understand me and give me to a supervisor. They absolutely suck. They should not put a damn item in the giveaway if its unavailable and causes us void of getting any other giveaway. They lie and I will turn hundreds of people away from there sales. Joom has same items as wish but free shipping on everything. Damn wish you guys suck. As you can clearly see there is nothing in my cart with a symbol of showing anything in cart.

My daughter and son ages 10&13 are receiving pkgs from your company. I as the adult are very concerned, as to who is sending them. How could someone get our personal information. From your website? not receiving item that I paid for and will not give a refund
i ordered item back in May of 2017-- they ask me to wait and during that time i recieved other items that i ordered-- i may have ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of items-- i was getting items almost every week and never really paid attention to the dates as some items wer late coming so when this order was late I never really worried because they say they had my back— that what there motto says
- anyway-- it never came-- when i went and asked the so-call "customer service" they said i was over a 30 return policy and i should have acted earlier-- so from there end its so sad/to bad -- we got you money. its my $25 bucks and they will not give it back nor give me credit nor send me the item-- im not very happy about this
They ask me to wait longer but never supplied the date to ensure I get back to them.
Bottom line is they ripped me off. Robbed me of my hard earned money

I ordered a smart watch from wish and it should have arrived 2 weeks ago, so i message them and they responded give it 5 more days according to them shipment is just delayed, so i did, 6 days past and still no item, tracking no. they provided i think is bogus just because everytime you try to track it its the same thing which stating that it left china, i think that this pretending to be a legit company is not what they claim to be..

I ordered two (2) phones from wish for U.S. use. They sent two wrong phones and EU chargers that were retailed at a lower cost than I paid based on their website promotion. I contacted wish to inform them that they sent me the wrong phones. They replied back indicating that they would replace the EU charger with a U.S. charger once I sent them photos of the phones and chargers. I had to write them again to stress that they not only sent me the wrong chargers, but sent the wrong phones made by a different manufacturer. WISH replied back indicating to return the phones for a refund because the shipper could not be reached.
I could not accept that explanation and informed them that I needed the phones and chargers replaced for the items that I ordered and that I would return the phones that they erroneously shipped once I received the proper phones. Wish again informed me to return the phones for a refund. After responding a fourth time with my dissatisfaction, wish agreed to replace the wrongly shipped phones with the proper phones that I ordered, but only after I had to return the phones that they erroneously shipped to me and stated that they would not pay for the return shipping on the wrongly shipped phones.
Has anyone else had this negative experience with wish?
Would you ship the wrong phones back to wish after being forced to pay the extra return shipping charges?
Do you think that wish will actually ship out the right phones to me?
Do you think that you can trust wish?

Seems this company has lots of issues & complaints.

I purchased a refurbished laptop and the hard dive has been corrupted. Not only that when I tried to return the item wish only paid for a small flat rate box that is too small for the labtop to fit in it. I would have to pay for the item to be returned which I shouldn't have to because I paid for a broken item and shipping when the item was late in arriving also not working. I really loved this company up until now I very much dissatisfied with the customer of your company.
drone plane
I ordered a drone from them and it says it was delivered yet I never received it. They will not refund or replace and expect me to do the running around to find the package. I have gone back and forth with customer support with no help in site. They refuse to help and pretty much told me to just go away. Do not give them business because they will just steal your money!

I have had wish for several years and have ordered products that I sometimes would receive and sometimes I would not receive.
A couple weeks ago I noticed that my account was restricted. Wish asked for a picture of my bank statement with Wish purchases. At first I did not feel comfortable with sending them that information. I have emailed the customer support asking why my account is restricted, when will it be available again, will I get the products that iv already paid for, why isn't anyone answering my questions.. and they keep replying with the same thing. They can't remove the block from my account at this time. I read the terms and conditions and there is nothing that says anything about restricted account. Then I sent them a photo of a bank statement showing purchases made and I have asked them again when will my account be opened and what is going on. Have not received an answer. This site has horrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone shopping from this site.
