Wish.comorder history

I placed an order for a phone cord and a set of mini lights with stars. The phone cord does not work and the lights are missing a piece in the battery compartment which causes them not to work.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA I went on line to my order history and there is none!! Why??? I would like these items replaced. When contacting support they tell me to go to my order history!! I would like to return these items for replacement!! How do I do that???
