Placed an order on Wis.com Mobi Application on 2 May 2017 & had to pay immediately via credit card.
On 12 May 2017 their system indicated it was dispatched & would arrive on 6 June 2017. Sice June ive been trying to trace my parcel as Wish clearly states on their websit shop online with no Worries. You cannot contact them telefonic & have to answer questions on their site to get to asking about your parcel & delivery. Since 6 June 2017 ive received no feedback from them. Today theyve got my mone for 84 days & I have NO GOODS delivered neither any REFUNDS 84 DAYS LATER? It's been 84 days since shipment date & Wish is misleading customers. Wish misleads people on their website by clearly stating " clients dont have to worry at all shopping at Wish". Truly a perfect cornartist company. They are sitting with my money for 84 days. Me NOTHING! WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT this has turned out to be. I truly think they scamming people out of money.

Amount $457-00 i then tried to purchase again 28th if july i then purchased some items and went to pay with my credit card and when i tried to pay i was told that wish was going to check me out. Maybe because i used my master card. And before that the purchase was made with my american express card. They then told me that day would check me out i couldn't make my purchase. I had to delet what i was going to purchase because of this. Checking me out. They told me it would take 3 working besiness day there is nothing wrong my credit cards i use them every day and i wonderring why i was being checked out. Ao far the 3 working days have passed and i haven not recieved any e-mail to say that my credit is good. I am very angry and dissapionted that this has happened to me. Do you want my custom(business or not as you have not bothered to contact me. I await your e-mail. ASAP or i will not bother using your site ever again and i will tell people this is how i was treated. Patricia D kalman. I am a new user i heard good stuff, but when I went to check out it kept telling me there was an error, so I gave up and deleted the app. Now! I'm getting random 1 dollar charges in my bank statements. Im pissed. I want my money back. And I want a damn apology. Hi. I placed a couple orders and it said that my order was processed. Then I get an email stating that 1 order did not go through. It showed on my order that I had a $50 shipping which my total bill was $74 but when I finalized it was only 24 I am not happy if this is how you were going to be with your website . I ordered two stamp sets in order #597ffaab11ae4f629. I got the confirmation email today that order was received but it only mentioned one item. I also wish to purchase "Spirit Fairy clear stamp set.. it has 6 stamps $ 7.00. If you cannot send me both, please cancel the order, as THAT stamp set it the one I really wanted. I am trying to get this message to you before item is shipped. Your site is VERY hard to get through when you have a problem.

We are a highly ranked retailer who sells on 10 different marketplaces with stellar reputations on all...except WISH. If you are THINKING about selling on WISH...DON'T. If you are thinking about buying on WISH ...DON'T

There is no one to speak with in person, there is no escalation, there is only email that may or may not be responded to within 48 hours. Their corporate telephone number is an endless loop of instructions in English and Spanish on how to email them.

When a customer would like to return an item because they don't like the color they regularly told not to return the item and are just given a refund which is then at the seller's total cost.

They suspended our account and are holding our money for the second time because we have too many fraudulent orders. These are NOT orders...THEY cancel the orders before they get to us. We never see the orders and have nothing to do with them. The first time they suspended us they realized their mistake and immediately re-activated us. This time, no one will get back to us at all and they are keeping our money for 3 months.

As a consumer, we had a customer return an item to us - but did not go through WISH to return it. We tried to refund the customer but WISH disallowed it. We went back and forth with WISH for THREE MONTHS trying to get this woman her refund. They kept giving the customer and us the runaround.

This is a very shady company and as a seller or a customer you would be wise to keep WAY away from it.

I am one very unhappy customer, i have not received my order that stipulated i would receive on the 1st august, my debit card has been debited way over the amount for order's that have been processed and shipped and have to many pending which i'm questioning about amount debited and does not correspond regarding order's processed, so am questioning as to where my money is or what has been done with the exorbant amount been charged and no refunds returned on earlier order's placed, which i'm now doubting the company's handling of customers order's and find it very unprofessional which my bank has now got copies of order's been processed as the assistant of my bank agreed that way to much has been debited and does not correspond regarding my bank statement, i want this resolved or all order's will be cancelled and full amount which i've been debited be returned to my bank account

Yesterday there was a large order placed yesterday was July 30th 2017 I thought my daughter had placed the order all she had done with selecting the items she did not go to court and process it I'm not sure how it happened but it is a huge order and there is no way she would have done it because she knows I don't have the money and she know she don't have no money I'd like to know how you order in the cart got submitted and so I heard today and requested that it all be cancelled and none of it was supposed to be processed before August 2nd so I hurry to get it done to get a cancelled and now they're telling me that lot of the items are already processed and being shipped are waiting for store

I did not receive my order from the Wish app that I aplaces. It was supposed to be here by now. The only information I received upon purchase was the order number, never a tracking number but the money was debited from my card for the purchase. Also, now it's showing that I never placed an order so it no longer exists but my money was not refunded.

I had received a notification regarding my shipment your product is shipped successfully but I not received any products . Nobody call me regarding delivery no one contact me . There has been a debit twice form my bank account from wish.com for the same amount How can i being paying twice, Once on friday 28 July 2017 when i made the purchase and then again the 30 July 3017(Sunday Evening)

Found that a complaint about a faulty product could not be registered successfully. My complaint kept returning me to a sales section of the Wish website. No support at all. And impossible to get a refund. The product, a Toshiba external hard drive, did not function at all. Here is the Order ID: 595781f658507be6f1fd264e. Terrible company and no support.

I ordered a five kinds of animal face mask set, Korean face masks, for 14 dollars on May 27, 2017. I was told it would be here around June 18, 2017, and it is now July 30, 2017 and still have not received the package at all. I had ordered the product from the store victory001. I would either like my money back or get the item that I paid for 2 month ago. I have the app and have tried leaving a question on how to fix this problem and what i should do, but never got a reply back. I hope that this will be taken care of, quite disappointed.

I ordered the product on 6/19/17. My credit card was charged, but I haven't received it yet. I had an e-mail saying I would get it by July 6th-9th. A few days later another one saying by July 20th. Since then nothing. If possible I would still like to receive this product. I hope someone can do something about this. I did order from Wish in the past and hope to continue.
