I placed an order 4/15/17 when it asked for billing and shipping, i put the wrong zips in, which was my fault, so i wrote an email about changing the zips, after that my account was locked, and no email back.See Top 10 Worst Companies in San Francisco, CAby the time they finally emailed me back items we already sent out, and they couldnt help me with changing the zip codes, they gave me some ### tracking number that doesnt exist its not a real tracking number. i called both post offices to explain what had happen, both of them say there is no tracking number like that. now that ill never get my items, im still waiting for a confirmation email, cancelling order and i want a refund, ill never order from this site again thats for sure.
i should have known not to order from a site where they have no actually representatives or working number.
