I am unable to contact the customer supporters because it said that my account had been excessively refund so they block me, I don't think that it is reasonable, I bought items from wish especially electronic product were neither the battery is not charging, the back of the watch won't close, the software is unable to connect with the watch and items like earring broken and one item I never receive Which is my little son tracking watch. Please I just wanted to resolve these issues and if the support team agrees to refund for me and I have the evidence that those items are faulty then I have every right to get my refund back. Why block me.
