Western Union payment not received

I tried on 3 separate occasions at 3 separate banks in Buenos Aires, Argentina to withdraw the money that was sent to me from the United States and at every store I was told that they didn't have the capability to withdraw my money and to go to another location. I found it interesting especially since I had received money from 2 of those locations within the last few weeks. When I finally called and cancelled the transaction to have the money, that I desperately needed, sent another way I was told that it would take 7 business days to have the money returned. Very dissatisfied with the service and employees, will never use Western Union again and I recommend that anyone reading this reconsider when thinking about using Western Union.

i was planed to travel to Turkey during June and i am not like to carry money with me, so i am agree with my friend to send money for me through WU and when i arrive to turkey i will receive it, but for some reason my trip postponed, so i am went to the agent to retrieve my money, when i am asked the rep and give him the MTCN number he said this was disbursed to you.
The question now How come i received that money without traveling to Turkey.
so please take the necessary action to back my money.

Western Union customer service

We as a trucking company tried to wire money to a driver stranded in Ny city in a tractor trailer for tolls. We were put On hold for 45 minutes after arguing with the automated answer service... then a very rude customer service rep... declined our transaction at his own discretion... We asked to speak to a supervisor and he acted as we were strangers and would not comply... We will never use western union for our business or personal use...

Western Union I didn't received or get the money that my friend sent to me through western union

My friend from Italy sent me a money last Tuesday, May 9, 2017 around 4 in the afternoon here in the Philippines. At around 7 in the evening here I went to the Western Union USSC to claim the money that my friend sent, one of the agent there get the form that I filed up and the my passport as my valid ID, after 10 to 15 minutes the agent called me and said that the money will be available within 10 hours, so that time I didn't get the money. Then I decided to get it tomorrow.
Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at around 4:30 in the afternoon I went to the other branch of Western Union which the DA5 branch to get the money but unfortunately when the agent there check my transaction she found out that there's no money in the transaction that I gave, so what I did was I went back to the first Western Union branch which is the USSC and talked to the agent that I have talked that night. I told them what I've found out and asked them what and why it happened. They checked it, and I also asked my friend who sent the money to check to also there what happened. My friend from Italy who sent the money went back to the Western Union where he sent the money and asked to track what happened to the money and to the transaction, from there we found out that the money was lost and someone get it. We didn't know who's the one who get it and where she/he get it. What shall can we do? Can you help us to get back that money?

I dealt with these people and the same thing happened to me. I trusted them since they went through a legitimate website selling laptops of all different kinds. You will not get any help from Western Union and I doubt you have his correct name. The Chinese government considers these money transfers a gift. They offer an escrow service but the seller will object to that stating that when you get the item you will say it is no good and that he is at risk. He is not since if he is selling what he claims you accept and he gets paid. He will try and convince you that sending him the money directly is the best way. Never buy anything from China again without using an escrow service no matter what they say. If what they sell is what you bought they get paid. If what they sell is not what you bought it goes back because you can not keep it without releasing the money. You both pay the cost 50/50 or in some cases the seller must pay. I got burned and so did you. Nothing you can do, I tried.

Western Union international bank transfer

My parents sent me money using Western Union from Karachi Pakistan on 25th of April 2017 and they claimed that it will reach to me (In my Italy Bank Account) in 1-2 days. But its been more than 7 working days but still I haven't received any money. We tried asking the franchise about the money, they are saying we don't know where the money is and when it will reach there?

What kind of answer is that? I need money to pay my university fees. But Western Union is unable to process my request nor giving back our money!

Western Union no customer service

I need to talk to someone and I get the press 1, 2, 3 run around. Answer your phones. Stop the run around crap! This happened on 4/20/2017 at 5:00pm. Why do you say press 1 to talk with customer service and then make it a maze of guesses to get to someone. I tried to call, but never got to talk with someone. I have a copy of a money order that bounced. Western Union owes me money and needs to pay up, not play run and hide.

Western Union misbehavior of employés and service of franchise

I am kamran, a pakistani currently studying in france, and one specific franchise of western union has misbehaved twice, I couldn't complained it before, but their attitude and service is very offensive and ridicules. Instead of solving the issue the employees disrespected me.in this evening one of my friend send money from paris, via western union, and when I one specific franchise, in hyderabad, these are the details. (Pakistan currency,, exchange co pvt lt hyderabd branch,. Shop no 5 abdullah chamber, near faran hotel sadar, cant, hyderabad, sindh, pakistan. Email. Hyderabad. [protected]@pakistancurrency.com. The disrespect me and I didn't give me my money by liying that its against the rules. May be they were expecting something extra from me,
Please take an action against such employees.

Western Union international money transfer

Have you ever felt insulted by a company or financial institution by trying to protect you and your money against your own will? I did recently. And I would like to share my despair and a feeling of being humiliated by regulations which meant to protect but instead they served as a tool to humiliate a customer. I just wanted to make a little present for a friend of mine, who happened to be a disabled person and not in Canada but in Ukraine, a country torn apart by a war with Its neighbour, Russia. Ukrainians struggle to get their shredded economy on its feet because of annexation of Crimea, a war on the borders with Russia and corruption of political elite. However, this is not a reason to treat all Ukrainian citizens with mistrust and suspicion. I used financial services of Western Union to transfer $CAN 50 to my friend as a Christmas present. The transfer did not go through. A Western Union representative asked a Receiver to go to the bank in Ukraine and provide a valid ID to identify himself. Well, he did. However, we are talking about not a healthy person but about a disabled person in a wheelchair. And he did not get money that I had sent him. Eventually, I had to inquire on phone about a situation around my money transfer. I was informed that the company needs more detailed information about a receiver including a photocopy of his ID. Well, I did understood that a company has certain rules to follow, and it is all about my own security and security of my money. Although either on the phone or in my e-mail I specifically informed a company representative that I did trusted the money transfer receiver. I also provided all information that was requested within few hours after my phone call. I was hoping that if I fulfilled all requirements, a person in charge would figure out that all demands are met, there is nothing to worry about a money transfer of $CAN 50. It is not thousands of dollars what would be shuttle for illegal reasons from one country to another. I even sent a picture of my friend to prove that he is indeed a disabled person and a friend of mine. But days passed, I inquired in three working days and then in seven days about my money transfer but nothing happened. Eventually, I simultaneously received two e-mails with two contradictory statements. First e-mail stated that the transfer went through and the second e-mail informed me that my money transfer couldn't be completed and I was supposed to get a refund (I have a proof, PDF files of these e-mails). However, the e-mail did not provide any clue about on which grounds my money transfer could not be completed. I was dumbfounded. My telephone call did not clarify the situation. I was promised a refund to my credit card. However, I haven't had any refund in three days. Tell me how was it possible for a company that claims to be able to transfer your money in a few hours, not to be able to return your money within three days. Client protection is, of course, important. Even though I eventually got my money back, it looks like a scam to me to use money for a certain purpose. Just think that I was not a the only one in this situation. And that is the WORD.

Western Union they suck

They give you the run around after you give them your phone number, address, email, ID, family history, Classified Security Clearance, blood type and DNA in addition to a thorough 'extreme vetting' Islam/Trump style and they STILL wont send as little as $200.00 from TX to NM!

Western Union is a WASTE OF TIME and needs to dramatically change or they need to be PUT DOWN BY COMPETITION.

We need lots of other competitors.

Western Union money transfer

I have so many complaints against this company from just one experience it is unreal !

First - - the hours posted on the websites are in correct so don't plan your time based on that

Second - - tried to send 2k to a relative in thailand. What a nightmare.
I actually talked with an agent before I handed the money over. I was told there would be a 2 hour delay. I gave us cash. 16 hours later I m in a constant battle on the phone with people who can barely speak english and who are reading crap from a script in front of them.
Basically, they weren't releasing it, no reason given.

Then I get a call 4 hours later. They want to know why my brother is in thailand? I said vacationing and the agent didn't like that answer so he deny the release,

Another hour on the phone and finally 22 hours later and numerous verbal fighting and they release it.

Hier dans la précipitation croyant aider mon Pasteur Mehdi, j’ai envoyé 1455 euros via western union .
En effet, j’ai reçu un mail disant venir de sa part alors qu’il serait coincé en Grèce.
Ayant été prévenu par d’ autre personnes, il a envoyé un mail pour signaler qu’ il s’agissait bien d’un piratage, et que ni lui ni son collaborateur le Pasteur Germain dont il est fait mention n’ avait rien à voir avec le contenu de ce mail .
Le Pasteur Mehdi signale en outre qu’ il n’ a pas fait l’objet du vol de ces papiers.
En foi de quoi, je porte plainte par ce document afin que ladite somme ne soit pas reverser au malfrat.

Western Union they give me problems cashing my check sending money and requesting information smd they are collecting people's social security numbers

Good afternoon today sunday december 18th 2016 i am makimg a complain on the employees of the cfsc western union at 755 bergen avenue, jersey city, NJ 07306.The workers here are very rude and when I'm cashing a check or sending money they are asking for my social security and asking me why am I sending or receiving money asking a lot of personal private questions the last time I was here they were getting rude with all customers and they give everyone a hard time and refused to send money for me and they are very slow working they even dat curses at the customers . Customers always leave this western union feeling very frustrated and i believe they are holding on to people's social security numbers in there for there own benefits. I'm going to take a picture of the 2 workers that are here today and the one in the middle window and another one that is not here today are usually the ones to give everyone problems

Western Union my money transfer was being picked up by unknown person whos not the actual receiver

I made a money transfer with western union last december 14, 2016. After one day i checked the money transfer status in wu track website and unfortunately my money transfer was already been picked up. How come it was been picked up? The receiver didnt even picked it up. The receiver is my sister. And my complain now is why did the western union allowed someone to get the money. Western union should be responsible of the lost of my money transfer. They should be strict when it comes to identification. That must be presented with a valid passport and valid id of the receiver.
In my case i want my full refund of my money it is a big money. It cost 7, 800 pesos and its a negligence of western union that they allowed someone to picked up with someone else. I have the rights to claim my money back .

More than a year ago, a good friend asked me to send money on his behalf to Turkey. It turned
out that his recipient in Turkey was banned from receiving money. The money was never sent and
Western Union gave me my money back. Since then, I was being banned by Western Union.

WHY? PLEASE, HELP. THANK YOU.

Western Union western union holding my money

I sent money on Nov.29, 2016 to a Chinese manufacturer to purchase products for a on going project. Normally the receiver should be able to pick up payment the next day. But this time the receiver was told the money was held. I also got a phone call and email telling us we needed to submit the receiver's photo ID and translation the information on the ID into English. And we did it right way. Got their auto email response that they received it and submitted it to their higher level for validation. It's being a whole week now. Every day we spend at least an hour on average talking to a few reps and holding for being transferred from one to another. And every time we are told the money is on hold for validation. I just want the money back! I requested the refund. But I was told my money was safe there. I am not depositing the money in a safe account! I sent cash to purchase products. I need the money back so that I can wire the payment to the manufacturer asap!
How long is WU authorized to hold customer's money? Any one has similar experiences?

We had the same experience trying to send money overseas. My husband got a message that Western Union needed to review this transaction, though he had successfully completed the same transaction online several times. They proceeded to deduct the money AFTER he called to check the status and have them tell him they would not be sending the money. So they made the decision not to complete the transaction, THEN they deducted the funds anyway. No reason given for any of this. Lesson learned. Always use MoneyGram. It is easy and cheaper! I'm not sure what's up with Western Union, but beware of their policies. Now we'll just wait to see if and when we get the refund.

Western Union refund check

On 10/28/16, I went to the local Kroger store and purchased a money order to pay my rent for 11/16. The money order was lost in the mail and my landlord never received it. I submitted a refund request. Three weeks later, I received the refund check. I took the check to the same Kroger store to cash it but the store representative informed me that the account number on the check was invalid. The store representative advised me to take the check to Wells Fargo (the bank that the check was drawn from) and cash it. I went to Wells Fargo bank and the teller told me that the refund check was deposit only and that it could not be cashed. This does not work for me because I do not have a bank account and I only use prepaid debit cards for banking. This is the most horrible consumer unfriendly business that I have ever had to deal with. If you do not accept prepaid debit cards for depositing refund checks then you should not accept prepaid debit cards for the purchase of your services...

Western Union trying to purchase dog from russia

Western Union just phoned me to ask a lot of questions about why I was transferring money to someone in Russia. I answered the questions honestly and as a result they refused to make the transfer. Honest answers were that I didn't know the breeder I was buying from personally and had never seen the dog in person. Any dog breeder knows we function in a small worldwide network and regularly buy and sell dogs we've never seen in person to and from people we've never met in person. What the hell business does Western Union have censoring where I spend my own money?
