[Resolved] Welcare India / damaged product
Last week I purchased a treadmil WC 5777DC in Salem Reliance showroom by paying the full amount. But then they told they told they'll come and fix it within two days and they brought a damaged piece. I asked them to fix the problem but then they placed a piece of cardboard and adjusted and went. In such helpless situation I complained about it in this site and I got a good response from them by sending another damaged product. When I spoke to them they are telling that they can't do anything about it. They are asking me whether they can bring aspare and gix it. Will any customer acknowledge this kind of service? Kindly do the needful. I need satisfaction in purchasing it.

I purchased a welcare treadmil WC5777DC from the Salem Reliance Mall branch. They told me that the product will be delivered home. I received a damaged treadmil after two days and when I registered a complaint. They called me and spoke to me and sent another damaged product. I've paid approximately 78, 000rs for the same and it's not woeth it with the damage. Kindly do the needful. Customer care is telling that they can't do anything further. I need justice and satisfaction for the money I paid
