I purchased two suits which came two weeks late and were damaged. Suits looked nothing like the pictures on their website and they also sent me the wrong sizes. It has been two months since I received my order and I am still trying to get a full refund for both of the suits which I have already sent back. If anything is wrong, even if it is not your fault, they insist on giving you a refund only in wanelo credit. Strange company. I received two messages from them. One rep said one thing and then someone else emailed me back and said completely different things. Their customer service is the poorest I have encountered in my entire life. Save your money and time and stay away from Wanelo.
