Vitatrade Group trylofire, trylo-flex

I applied for trial (FOC) samples of TryloFire and Trylo-Flex and was asked to pay for the postage which was charged to my debit card on 25/09/2015 However, I did not subscribe to a monthly supply which the company has been sending to me since (Oct. Nov. and Dec.) without my permission and unauthorised deductions from my debit card account.

Vitatrade Group garcinia essentials & essential cleanse

L.S. 22-11-2015, I recieved 2 packets. 1 Garcinia Essentials, order no: [protected] 1 Essential Cleans, order no: [protected] I hadn't orderd these 2 pachets and sent them back. I wrote at the dispatch note, to siop sending me these packets, directly. 29-12-2015, I recieved again 2 new packets, but I havn't accepted these packets from the postman and he took them with him back. Vitatrade Group unauthorised credit charge? scam

Vitatrade garcinia weight loss tablets. Ad stated free trial, just pay for handling and shipping. (I cannot find the ad online anymore) * on 29/11/15 answered ad giving details and credit card details. I was under the impression that I only had to pay for postage. My account was billed $ 7.09 on 30/11/15. Received item about a week later. I live in outback Australia and ? the goods came from overseas because the shipping was different than the ad stated ? $5.? (spoke with Avril) She said there were terms & conditions and that I cancelled after the introductory period expired. She was not helpful, to the fact that she left me waiting for 20mins online. I cancelled the online call and re submitted and got her again. No explanation at all, only to get same information. I stated that it was false advertising and the ad tricked gullible people like me. Why couldn't they be up front with the ad. If they had I wouldn't have applied! Her reply was 'terms & conditions' and left me dangling online again, so I cancelled it * I feel I was still in the introductory offer period. The product was not shipped until 2/12/15 and I cancelled on 14/12/15 (? overseas shipment) So all up I have paid $135.99 for something I can buy over the counter for $20 I don't expect that there is much you can do for me, I was too gullible, expecting something for just the cost of postage but maybe you can stop others from being tricked. I am just hoping that I am not billed for any more costs from that company Thank you Robyn

This seems to be the same company as Tru Belleza who ripped me off for $287. CND. I cancelled my credit card, then after I harassed/phoned/emailed for days, they finally reimbursed me $80. CDN ONLY. I want the full amount back. They confirmed my free sample order for $4.95 shipping cost. They tricked me...and many others here... into a contract and ongoing shipments WITHOUT indicating that in their Order Confirmation email. My credit card company informs me this company has been shut down many times and keeps popping up again under slightly revised product and company names. This is fraud. They must be stopped. They use names and before and after photos of celebrities in their ads. They bombard you with such ads for years til they lure you into their vortex. I am contacting some of these celebrities to see if they are aware this advertising and scamming is going on. I hope others will do the same!

Vitatrade Group garcinia essentials

Earlier this month I ordered an introductory special offer on the product for a I month's trial and I received it earlier this month. Now I note that I am to receive another monthly packet of this product at 10 times the introductory price of $8.90 being $89.90 plus freight of $8.95 - total of $94.84. I did not order this product and I do not intend to pay for it or the return freight. I am told that I ordered this product on 12/15/2015 at 11:27 am. I have no record of this. Order No is: [protected]. The only communication I have had an, now hopefully the last, was for the in initial offer as a trial. Respectfully, Don Jones.

I too as a pensioner wanted to try this product, I ordered it by credit card and was charged the introductory price, I waited 2 days then cancelled my order, a couple of days after I cancelled the order further charges of $2.70 for the essential cleanser and $2.95 for the Garcinia Essentials had been charged on 2 separate dates, I contacted my bank and cancelled my card and ordered a new one, hopefully this will end the rip off for me

I have received the garcinia essentials I have tried to contact these people to have any more of this product sent to me I don't want it or need it my bank account has been deducted $130 dollars which I certainly cant afford as im on a pension I have tried to contact these people with no luck I want my money back the email on the website doesn't work if any one knows how to get in touch with these rip offs please let me know I can be contacted at wildredrabbit@gmail.com thanks.

Vitatrade Group garcinia essential supplement

Order no. [protected] and [protected] Order date 25.10.2015 I have received two bottles of Garcinia Essentials, valued on the postal info at $24.99 each. However, my account (Visa card - Andrew Larsen) has been billed for $NZ$138.40 and two weeks later $144.79. This bears no relation to the actual cost of the supplement and was not mentioned in the small print. The only amount mentioned was $120.00. I would like to cancel my subscription immediately and a have a refund of at least one of the billed amounts. Debbie Larsen

I also ordered products . I never expected them to keep sending products without my consent and authorisation to debit my account. I am trying to find out how i can contact someone in regards to stop sending me more. This product is not working. I just want them to stop sending the products out. If i am unable to contact someone i will also be seeking legal advice and contacting consumer affairs.Order number [protected]

I ordered a trial offer only did not subscribe to continueing order but have been getting this without my consent and they have been taking money from my account. Ik ga nu contact nemen met mijn bank om dit te blokkeren.

Vitatrade Group garcinia cambogia

I was sold this dud as pay for shipping only. Next thing I knew I was being billed A$125.00 for this product, then I had magically joined their monthly supply club. I rang to cancel my 'membership' and request a refund for the coming bottle of pills. They would not give me refund information until the product had arrived. I explained that I had the first bottle unopened, which I would also be returning. When the second bottle arrived I rang for return info and now was told they could not give me a refund on the first bottle as it had been processed. When they did give me the refund info it was only for the second bottle. Still insisting they can not give me refund for first bottle. I know now how this product works - it leaves you to poor to be able to afford to buy food.

i agree recived the trial and was billed on 15th February $7.37 & $7.49 and then got billed an other set on 28th February . $134.38 & $135.15 .i tryed to cancel on the net 0n 3rd March, I received a reply 0n 16th March to tell me my acount was cancelled. but find out i was billed for an other set on the 14th March .$142.34 & $140.31 . Vitatrade Group unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered 2 bottles of product at a total of $16.00, this company withdrew over 4 times the amount authorized and on October 23rd sent another bottle of their product that I did not order and tried once again to withdraw money from my account. No one has responded to my questions as to what is going on. As I used a global payment card for this transaction I can not even keep money in my account as they continue to try to take unauthorized payments. There are no invoices in the package telling me what the charge will be and no contact information as to what or whom I should contact in case of an issue. I have all the unopened product and would like to return for a full refund as I did not get the price quoted to me and I continue to get product I did not order. I want my money back and product to stop being shipped to me and no more trying to take money from my account !

Vitatrade Group did not reorder product but on 14/09/2015 and 29/09/2014 unauthorised payments were taken from my account.

On completing an online survey I was given as a "reward" a trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia, just to pay for postage $4.95 US. On Sept.1/2015 $7.19 was debited to my account and the trial bottle arrived. I did not receive any contract or account information. I did not order any further products. On Sept.14/2015 A$131.66 was debited my account, and on Sept 29/2015 A$140.04 was debited my account. These debits were just 2 weeks apart. As I did not order any further products from them and did not authorise these payments, I am requesting a full refund of these payments taken. Information on Bank Statement: Debit Card Purchase Getbdcntrol.Com [protected] Kna US$ amount Foreign Transaction Fee A$ amount.

Vitatrade Group previous order.

I recently orded some garcinia products.
1 bottle of garcinia essentials.
1 bottle of essential cleanse.
The package arrived 14 days later.
How ever I do not wish to be on your mailing list to receive them again.
Both bottles have the vitatrade company logo on them. Please delete my details from your mailing list.

Vitatrade Group greatly displeased about the fraud of the company

I am greatly displeased with the way you are tricking people and I will continue a case against you - I have been billed R1200+ (R8000 over 7 months ) for a stupid product not worth more than R150. My daughter wanted to try your product as in dec 2014 it stated I could buy a bottle for R99 this is what I gave my credit card details for ! There was no terms and conditions attached ! I only received this about 2 months ago - just to find another delivery issued for beg July to collect - I did not agree or allow for any other orders to be send ! I then thought something is wrong and on checking my account I saw that various amounts from various company names have been debited- to the value of over R1200 p'm totaling R8000 my bank is looking into the matter as fraud as I was not given the terms and conditions to agree on ! I was not told about the 14 day cancellation of account that I never agreed to sign in the first place - I only purchased a R99 garçinia gambodia direct - in December 2014 - I want all the money refunded to my account - as I never agreed to buy this products except for the first order of R99 - I will take this matter further with the police and my bank and I will make sure no one gets caught by your scam if you do not refund all my money u took fraudulently! I will post wildly every where ! Refund all my money !
