Victoria's Secret / cashier and products arrangement - time waste!!
DEAR VISTORIA SECRET TEAM
I am living in Saudi Arabia, being a regular costumer for victories secret even before branches are available in the place (for around 10 year by fiends and online order)
I know the quality and high service standards
Unfortunately in Saudi Arabia service is below average, I have several incidents and I will report the last one .
Wed 25/7/17 I was in HAYAT MALL afternoon time
I was looking for Bra, baskets of the bras’, as you know, are arranged according to size . In real, this was not accurate it took me long time to have one bra, no great customer service.
I decided to stop shopping and to go to cahier. Unfortunately, cashier was worse, 4 cashiers with only 2 open (working), very slow service it took me more than 30min to reach the cashier were the estimate number of customs at the time was 10 .
For now I decided not go back to vistoria secret again, It is TIME WASTING .
