Victoria Secret / shipping and customer service
So I placed an order online 2 weeks ago and paid extra shipping so i could get my bikinis on time. I have been waiting 2 weeks and nothing arrive, received no email and no phone call that there was a problem with the order. I had to call to see what was wrong and they said they needed to verify some information on my credit call, and all of this time they have had my things on hold. The first lady said they did send an email, which they didn't, and called again and the second lady said that they did not send one, how was i suppose to know that there was a problem with my order if they never contacted me. And they obviously did not return the 20 dollars I paid for the express shipping. Worst customer service ever.
