I bought 3 tickets to Ed sheeran for Saturday the 10th March in melbourne through viahogo - it was the first hit when searching on google.
Right at the very end of putting the payment through, there suddenly appeared a $149 booking fee.

I was already paying an extra $70 per ticket over the original selling price which I was expecting, but Usual booking and handling fees are around $10.

I have contacted them to try and get a refund of the unjustifiably expensive booking fee but have not had a reply yet.

This company is a rip off.

Sold tickets in November. Shipping went well and no problems. Event was rearranged to February. I wasn't advised payment would be delayed. 10 working days after the event and I still haven't received payment and viagogo will not answer calls or reply to my emails. I have advised them that I would like to file a complaint and had no reponse. No way to contact company, I can't believe they have sold the tickets and won't pay me or contact me. It's theft!

Purchased tickets last year for $520.31 and when they came a few weeks ago different name and area on them tried to contact viagogo to check couldn't get a response so rang Ethiad stadium and they took of me they won't except viagogo tickets. So I had purchase more tickets. I would like a refund of the $520.31

Viagogo has not mentioned in its website in India that it is not authorized to sell FIFA world cup 2018 tickets it's a dirty scam and I want refund of the tickets sold by you. I bought tickets and then when you didn't ask me about the ticket holder names at any stage I became suspicious and later in your customer support section I found that the tickets will not be in my name, later when I went through FIFA website I found that an injunction had been filed against you in German court by FIFA. This is serious misinformation and breach of trust. Cancellation and refund of the purchased tickets must be done immediately.

I was sold tickets that at inflated price, under pressure that they are about to sell out, when tickets haven't even gone on sale yet.
No refunds or cancelation. Can't sell my tickets until I receive them from viagogo in 7 months.
How did they sell me tickets that they don't have?
I want a refund.

Viagogo is a disgusting excuse of a company and if there was any possible way that they could be contacted then I would take them to court. They stole almost $300 dollars from me and despite numberous emails and attempts to have a response, they are not even contactable via any route. They pretend that I could sell the concert tickets that I bought from them back them and then make it impossible to upload the ticket up to the website. It's a disgrace and I want to take them to court. They owe me at least 10 hours of my time and $300. I could have sold the ticket privately or taken a friend with but they wait until after the concert to "fine me and charge me" AGAIN for the same ticket that I purchased from them. I tried every which way to get someone to explain why they are stealing money from me but no response.

Kindly verify if your record of ticket sale for Bruno Mars concert on May 3 went through? I was purchasing 2 tickets at 12, 000 plus worth each 2 tickets i submitted all details of my Mastercard Eastwest card with the cvc no under Claudia Samonte name but did not recieve email. We are double checking with you and our bank if sake pushed through or not?

I have just bought two tickets for the Paul Simon concert on 15th July. The actual cost of the ticket is £106.00 but on top of that I have been charged £36.00 VAT for each ticket. VAT at 17.5% on £106. is £18.55, therefore I have been charged double that amount. I have also been charged £5.00 per ticket for postage even though both tickets are coming to my address.

If I go back and cancel these tickets I am sure I will only receive the cost of the tickets and not postage and their VAT cost.

I am sure their VAT part of this package is illegal.

I'm very disappointed with your corporate. I already buy ticket for Jacky Cheung Concert in Singapore for this february 2018. But yesterday I get email form Viagogo and said that I sell my ticket to other. And I already email to complain that I never selling my ticket. But until today I did not received any confirmation. I want to call to customer support and said that I don't want to sell my ticket. Please any one can help me.

On 22 Jan 2018 I bought 2 tickets, despite trying to cancel the transaction before completing it due to exuberant cost (paid more than double), Viagogo website ignored my request and debited my card. I informed my bank and completed a reversal of payment on the same day. Bank informed me could not be done on 23 Jan 2018. On 24 Jan 2018 tickets were delivered. Requesting full refund as I have not authorised the transaction. After I received my tickets, tried listing them BUT they not appearing...saying that I need to upload proof on the Listings page...good luck in trying to get that right. Anyways I guess nothing will come from this and I will go to the show knowing that I have been scammed in paying more that double the ticket price. One thing is for sure, I will never use Viagogo again and will make sure all my friends and family does not use it as well. The website is a joke, saying there is only 41 tickets left and they selling fast and 10 people viewing it currently, pressuring you in making the purchase BUT if you go to website the following day, guess what there is still 41 tickets left...what a joke BUT then again clever to catch people out and making maximum profits from their strategy. Luckily I have made that mistake now and can move on and will not be caught out again!

Tickets bought x 2. Dates delayed no new dates. But no refunds options. Supposedly until new dates announced - which I wont be able to do/make it to dubai then.
Multiple emails. 1x phone to some "cs agent". I still have no answer yet and none of the numbers I have tried seem to work (misplaced the last number - uk I think.)

And so now I have over us$1, 000.00 in limbo with viagogo - and no real option for solution.

In November 2017 we applied for $AUD80 tickets on line. We were issued online by your organisation with an ID14720103 number for tickets on 5th April 2018. I consequently found that my credit card had been debited with an exorbitant fee of $824.03 AUD which included a foreign exchange fee of $24AUD. I have been formally advised by the official Commonwealth Games Ticketing office at the Gold Coast Carrara Queensland Australia that you are an unauthorised Commonwealth Games ticketing site. Therefore I want an immediate full refund of your charges back to my credit card.
As aged pensioners we look forward to your immediate refund action.

Complaint about Ed Sheeran tickets purchased online the Viagogo on the 17th May, 2017. Order ID [protected].

On the above date I purchased 4 x Ed Sheeran tickets online from your company. At the time of the purchase it mentioned a price which I was of the belief was the total cost of four tickets. This was inline with the cost of Ed Sheeran tickets which I was aware had been capped. After proceeding I found that the total was actually $1645.95. This FAR exceeded the price given when asked to confirm the sale.

Since this I have contacted you a number of times and have been told that the sale could not be cancelled. As a result the tickets were re listed for sale and I was informed that they had been sold for a lesser amount. I was happy to accept this however a short time later I was then informed that this sale was cancelled. I cannot understand this as I was unable to cancel my sale.

Since this time I have heard of numerous other complaints similar to mine regarding your company. As a result I have contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) who have advised that I make this further complaint.

I feel that the sale was misleading and deceptive regarding the total price of the tickets and the failure by your company to disclose the substantial fees.

As a result I am now requesting a refund of this sale.

I would appreciate a reply in relation to this matter by the 24th January, 2018. If this matter is not rectified I have been advised to make a formal complaint to the ACCC and the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

I logged on viagogo.com to purchase tickets for coachella 2018. I paid $2096 for 2 tickets. Order was placed and confirmed on 4 January 2018. I was in the queue to buy tickets for $800 per ticket but more than that was debited from my account. (order ID: [protected])

They say tickets are released three days before the festival, but because I would be leaving from South Africa, this makes me nervous, so I am trying to sell the tickets back to them.
I want to sell the tickets while there is still demand for the festival but viagogo site is not listing them, they don't show up anywhere on their site, there is no contact details or an email you can send to anybody for assistance.
It shows a listing ID but nothing else, (listing ID: [protected])

I purchased tickets thinking they were the official website (based on Google advertising). How stupid of me! Not only did I pay way over the odds, they sold me tickets which were purchased 'officially' after I had purchased them on Viagogo. I'm not sure how this is legal. I have complained, but I keep getting a generic email. Very annoyed that companies like this can exist.

I purchased tickets on the 24/10/2017 and paid way above the price as the booking fee was added in after you had processed my card. Had I known there was such a charge I would have not purchased. The total debited to my account was $1480.30
I have rung, and emailed numerous times with no reply and no help whatsover

I sold 2 tickets to the Cape Town sevens event on VIAGOGO and have not received payment as yet. Asking about it I get a payment ref (Payment ID 1912876) and a message wait 10 days, it was send twice so no use asking again

I bought 2 tickets on Viagogo despite trying to cancel the transaction before completing it. Somehow, the Viagogo website ignored my request and debited my card anyway. I wish to cancel and to get a refund for 3 reasons:
1. the excess charges are not displayed clearly before purchase
2. the Viagogo website is designed in order to make it very difficult to cancel a transaction before payment
3. Viagogo is in breach of EU regulations requiring it to display details about the seller of a ticket before purchase
