I have been trying to ship 9 identical boxes online to different addresses, using the "batch" feature. Three times I have entered the addresses, and but when I get to the cart, the batch items are gone. There is no possibility of going back to re-submit. I have to enter everything again.

Also, I made one Paypal payment, then tried to make a 2nd payment - Paypal approved (called them to verify) but USPS said "declined." Tried again several times. Also tried to pay with a credit card; same problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
