I called the contact center on [protected] and spoke to a lady named mbali who told me several times that she cannot help me. When I asked for a reference number she advised there are no reference number. When asked to speak to the supervisor she stated he was on tea. When asked for her surname she said that she doesn't have a surname. All I wanted was clarity on the documents that I needed to resubmit that was unclear and I was given such pathetic service. If all calls are recorded then i'm sure my call made on 12 may 2017 at 10:08.
