[Resolved] TracFone Wireless / no call forwarding!
Tracfone does not allow call forwarding. This should be clearly explained in their advertisements!! I have four tracfone lines and can not forward calls from any one of them.
I called their customer service and was told they do not support this.
In todays world call forwarding is a must have amenity.
Tracfone needs to clearly explain this up front BEFORE someone signs up!
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
