Tomtop Group / hubsan 502s

Its been a month since i have taken delivery of my drone. Out of box failures include a faulty battery charger and a broken camera. Now a motor has stopped working and Tomtop are dragging their feet sorting out my complaints. Been in contact with a Steven from customer service since day one and stil nothing has been done about it.

Is this how Tomtop treat their customers? Why after a month has no one sorted out this [censored] they sold me??
