Dear sir/madam,
I brought this andoer digital camera with order no B 17E19X5659-F65H6H last May 18 2017 & it was delivered to my less than a week. The problem is when I charge it there's no light indicator ( in manual it states that when it is on charging the red light are on. And when it fully charge a green light will appear.). And it will only be useable if it on-plug with the power source & a red light appear. I can use it. But when I unplug it it doesn't work. And the red light turns off. Until now I can't use it. I tried to charge it for 12hrs & still every time I unplug it from the power cable it shut down & cant be use. The 1st & 2nd picture shows the front & back of the camera. The 3rd & 4th pictures shows that its usesable due that its plug in with the power source while it shut down when I unplug it.
Please anyone could assist me. Badly needed to use the unit- Mr June Del Rosario
