It is a fake website and don't comply indian rules. It's run by a fraud owner and doesn't know that he should be charging GST.
I recently bought a product and later locked the order telling me to refer them to unlock the order.
Most of the positive reveiw are posted by the admin and their contact number on the site is also fake please look into the problem so many of the future buyers are not targeted by this fake site
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

ordered headsets, , no response. was just searching for deals on googles for headsets. it was eye opener deal for the wireless earphones was presented by the jt store.. checked review about them, it was fine, hence made order and paid by netbanking. payment was made via Mobikwik order number: 473537. and in payment for they mentioned this is test product.
tried multiple times through website to reach to 'contact' . fake contact details on website.. numbers says switches off not reachable. multiple emails sent in past.. been 8-9 days.. no response on that too.
later checked in user complaints and forums, and found it is fake. and i got cheated.
please help to get this sorted, if possible.
