Ring sale and repair

After trying time after time to get a ring made from our description and sketches, and the failure of the owner's CAD system, we finally picked something out of a book.
If we hadn't wasted so much time listening to excuses, reasons, and simply no answers at all we wouldn't have just paid way too much for a ring to use at our wedding.
I would tell anyone who asks, DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He does not know jewelery, pricing, or design.
How he got into the jewelry business is a mystery. How he stays open is also.
