I made an order and they charged me for the product plus shipping. Later I received a confirmation email an my tracking number. Everything seemed to be fine. Several weeks later I contacted customer support, because I didn't receive my order. I was told that the item was out of stock. But they still had the item on the website. They have false advertising because they don't have their inventory updated. They are very well trained for sending customers confirmation emails and charging their accounts for products! And they never informed me that my item was out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous!
