StubHub / Didn't receive my refund for the cancelled event

I want to get my money back but Stubhub refuses to refund me! I have no idea what to, spoke with Stubhub so many times and all they said was that they can't help me.
I bought tickets via Stubhub and event was cancelled. I contacted Stubhub and explained what happened and I really thought that there will be no problem to get a refund. But they said that they were not able to do that. They also said that if I really want to get a refund I need to contact people who were responsible for the event. What?
Anyway, I tried all the possible ways, spoke with many different people and failed. Avoid!
