STC / fiber optic internet

I have experienced the absolute worse service from STC. It has been nearly a month attempting to get Internet for my home. I've given my details to three different "technicians" who failed to pass any of my information along to anyone. Finally, when someone does contact me to install the service three weeks later they cancel the scheduled appointment and push it back for another week (7 days). Today 8/12/16 they finally arrive and simply look into my electrical box and say "oops there is only one port working we cant do anything, it'll take another week". I have lost all confidence in STC the level of incompetence baffles me. I tried calling, I tried explaining it to the technicians, and I've tried patience but unfortunately it is absolutely useless.
