It has been exactly a month since I ordered my items, and they still haven't shipped when I enquire about my order they respond with a generic message. I have reached out FOUR times, and each time they respond with this message:

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing: Usually 3-5 working days
Regular shipping: Usually 10-15 working days
Express shipping: Usually 4-7 working days
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.
The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.
Your order is now being processed and we will try to dispatch it ASAP.
When the order is sent out, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the registered email address with the detailed tracking information.

This company is such a scam! They do not even offer a customer service phone number to contact them! Stay far far away!
express shipping is a joke
I have ordered something from this website www.stayingsummer.com. Never heard about it before, but I really liked the designs so decided to give it a try. So, I made my order and paid for it. I wanted to get my order as soon as possible so I paid some extra money for the express shipping and was supposed to get my items within maximum 5 days.
It actually took them two weeks to deliver my stuff. When I contacted them and asked them to refund the money I paid for shipping they refused. These cheaters! Will not buy from them again!
