Skype skype paid service

I have purchased a line mobile number and paid for the annual service ahead of time and monthly unlimited subscription about 100$ canadian dollars.
One day out of the blue two weeks after purchasing the service.I am disbaled form using the account to make calls and told they will not be able to unblock the account until further notice nor refund the annual service paid for never used and encourage me to create a new account and pay again for the service!

they dont have a chat live box customer service anymore nor telephone number that works! they are absolutely robbing people in broad daylight there was no unusual activity on my account and i had to wait 48 hours for an email reply with no solution ! i will dispute the charges and am not giving them a penny for an annual service i paid for i never used!

Moreover, last time I recharged one week before the same number 800 minutes to calling india. but I could'nt get full talk time, please do the needful other wise I will from your service

Skype skype subscription (india 2500 min)

Hi,

I have cancelled previous subscription as well as change the payment info (Visa card) ;

Today, I had subscribed new with new card details and order got delivered to my email, but my id didn't get activate to use / call.

My purchase history also showing the status it as ; delivered.

Appreciate if you could check and revert asap.

Skype cammodelscam

Guy's just to update you on dirty-duo-uk they now want 45 pounds of me before we do show because according to them the have borrowed money from someone and there gonna get shot if they don, t pay them back.Which is a lie and excuse not to give me my show i paid for.This is a clear scam on there part and i, m not falling for it there name is mud on adult work i;ll be reporting them to skype and paypal.The pair of dirty knackers hope they do get shot.They are obviuosly trying to extort money from me guy, s plz for the love of god spread it stop these two dirty knacker's.

Skype stole my money and will not refund my credit

Skype decided to deactivate my credit as I wasn't using it (This is fine as they informed me I could get it back).
6 months later my phone isn't working so I log in to use Skype, only to find my credit is not there to be deactivated. After several hours of contacting the useless customer service they tell me that the credit was assigned to a ghost account that cannot be accessed. They are unable to credit my actual account I was and have always been using and wouldn't give me a refund as it was more than 6 months since i bought the credit.
Why that matters I don't know, I paid credit onto the account. They then removed that credit and will not pay me my money back.
I have registered a complaint internally and got no where. I have never experienced such a frustrating experience and will never use their services again.

Skype about hacking information

dear sir,
I want to inform you that one i am very old user of skype and and my user name is vkskumar0001 and my account got hacked and the user name is sha tan and skype name is lesy.tan and this user name hacked my information and using it in the wromg way. I have a request regarding you please block or remove this account and please dont allow someone to be a user of skype wirhout proper information. I hope you will do needful

Skype skype call phones

I have often used Skype to call phones in the USA from the UK. Suddenly I was unable to do it. I was pretty sure I had credit left (I usually buy in £50 chunks) but it said that my credit was not "activated". I followed the instructions to reactivate it and then bought another £10 of credit. I still cannot make calls - the number sounds like it rings but disconnects immediately. The call log shows "internal error" for each failed call. I've been round in circles trying to reach Skype and find out what's wrong. I followed their instructions to get help but reached a point (several times) where I should have had an option for LIVE CHAT support, but that option did not exist. I give up but they have my money.

Skype I can't see my girlfriend

Please sort skype out its been f#ed up twice it wont let me see my girlfriend and see cant see me it annoying 10/1/2017 is when I she lives in henley and I live I cornwall so please fix it asap your a good company but this is stupied the great thing is shes comeing to see me on friday so I wont need to use skype and it make me sad I cant see her now

Skype skype video not sending

Hi, I am a regular user of Skype and have used it with no problems thousands of times. Today, when Skyping with a loved one, we discovered that whoever hosting the call can see the other person's video as well as their own, but the person not hosting the call can only see their video. Both me and my loved one tried hosting the problem occurs for both of us. Only one can see the other person's video even though both are sharing their video. My loved one and I have Skyped many times in the past with no problems and there were minimal. I ask that this issue is resolved as soon as possible as this is our only way to see each other. Note: We both tried restarting Skype and our computers multiple times but with no avail.

Skype why has skype gone wrong since windows 10 was introduced

cant call ppl.freezing cams .cams whont open .internet connection bad to this is only like this on skype since installing windows 10.know as i use skype for work .skype has cost me at lest £20, 000 pound so far due to it freezing and nor working .i amm going top sue microsoft and skype for lost wages ever since i installed windows 10, iv lost money due to skype .

Skype unable to access account

I recently received an email saying that my account was suspended due to unusual activity. I have tried to get it reset using the online form, however, every single time I submit the form I get an email stating that I have not passed the security check. What baffles me is that this is in the form of an email, sent to the email address I used to set up the account. When I query this, I get sent a link to the online form to fill in again so I can fail the security checks yet again. (I suspect my account was hacked and information changed). I was told on one occasion to set up a new account. I then asked about my credit on the locked account ( which is only a couple of pounds, but it is still my money) and was told it would remain there until I got the account unlocked, which I can't do because Skype doesn't believe I am who I say I am. At this point I began to feel that customer services were not listening to a word I was saying. I was happy to cut my losses at this point, but Skype had other ideas. Every single day since then, I have received an automated email titled Auto recharge suspended. I never signed up to Auto Recharge so find it annoying that it was on my account, but the daily emails are like a dripping tap to me. I filled in another online form asking them to stop sending the messages, but received the standard reply that I failed security checks so they can't do anything to my account. I messaged back saying I don't want them to touch my account, just stop the messages. I was completely ignored.
Please delete my account and stop sending me these messages. My Skype name is Richie.goodlad.

Skype accounts management

My wife and I had separate Skpye accounts until last week we found that they had somehow merged; for verification I had codes sent to her email/mobile and password changes affected both of us. Over a series of emails and service requests, Skype refused to acknowledge the issue and gave conflicting and confusing advice.

Following the last set of 'advice', I was told to follow steps that have resulted in my account being lost. I was offered now solution and was asked for my understanding. No one person in Skype gripped the issue and my requests to make a formal complaint have been ignored.

Worse, I was admonished for making multiple service requests. I now have no Skype account and lost credit, with no offer from Skype to make it good.

Skype not easy

Skype is not easy at all! I first created an account, and that went okay. After that, I tried to add a contact to call. It took me 20 minutes just to figure that out. After I had gone to all that trouble, it told me that "the platform I was using wasn't supported." I was determined to make my call. I decided to switch computers so maybe it would work. I logged into my account and after I clicked the "video call" button, it said I had a to download a plugin. I clicked download and "run" but it still gave me the same screen saying that I had to install the plugin. I decided to open up my files in my computer, and the plugin was there. I went back to Skype and tried to download it again, but it still wouldn't work. I gave up after trying for thirty minutes. Using this website shouldn't be this hard. Never using it again.

Skype payments made and unauthorised payments made (legal action pending)

I have made payments to our Skype Account which does not show the credits being applied also unauthorised payments made. Have searched all of the net and can not find a direct email, contact details for Skype, only Skype Communityl. Trying to resolve or liaise with someone. Or have no alternative to speak with Cyber Crimes Unit and Legal Action Pending.

Skype skype international calling subscriptions (mobiles and telephones)

I bought a subscription to call my country and when the call connects it gives me a muffled sound and then fails immediately. Minutes are deducted from my subscription though, with me not being able to reach the person I wanted to talk to.
Customer support was so slow to fix the problem and in the end they ended up not fixing it. They installed an older version of Skype and told me to setup caller ID and keep calling and if it doesn't work I should contact them again. They do not refund minutes lost due to their technical problems and they give the weird reason that I did not set my caller ID before calling. There is no such rule advertised and the caller ID function was just optional to help the receiver identify who is calling. After I set up caller ID the problem still persists. I just wasted that whole subscription with 0 refunds.
What's more they just have a customer complaints forum only. No form to fill up complaints and let management hear complaints.
The Skype program is slow and so is customer service (it took 1.5 hours for them to check whats wrong and in the end that was all a waste because they did not resolve it and wanted me to fix my caller ID and said that there will be no refunds as everything is "system generated")
Skype is always a sad story even for internet calling "Skype to Skype". It rarely connects and eats up so much bandwidth.

Skype unable to use skype

I was able to use SKYPE reasonably for some time then started having intermittent connection problems then they became worse so I decided to delete SKYPE and reinstall I could not reinstall, I cleared everything from skype from laptop and still could not reinstall.

Eventually I managed to install it and got it working but then it had the same old problem with the connections. So foolishly I closed the program and have to been able to log on since.

I Now have bought a new phone and have skype on here low and behold do you think it works. I can sign in but I cannot change the status from Invisible to Available. I can send messages but I think the receiver has not received them. I cannot make or receive phone calls as the Invisible Status will not accept calls, which it does on the laptop.

I look forward to your help with this annoying problem.

There is no way of submitting a complaint or giving feedback I just get webpage not available as the error message. Suppose they are getting too many complaints.

Skype payments and customer support

I set up a new Skype account on 29 Aug 16 (on my iPad). On 30 Aug, I used my credit card to put in £3.99 as requested, to ge me started. They then suggested I put more in and they would alert me when it was about to run out, so I put in a further £10. On 30th Aug I received an email from Skype acknowledging the £3.99, and giving me a reference number. (No acknowledgement of the £10). I tried to use the 'phone for the first time today and it said there was no money in my a/c. I have just spent an hour on Live Chat with 'Ma.Jesica.T' who found their email and my reference and some of her replies were : "it's a known problem with Apple" "you'll have to take it up with your iTunes account with Apple" (I paid by credit card) - and eventually "the payment wasn't applied". I asked for the payment to be applied immediately, but she couldn't do it, but she asked me if i'd like a refund, so I agreed - she said she couldn't do it and I'd have to contact Apple...etc. I asked for an email transcript of the long conversation and she said "it's not possible"
I fail to see why it's any fault of Apple, or their responsibility to trace my credit card payments - but it all reinforces my belief that Microsoft will do anything to try to discredit Apple. They have of course failed. I do not intend ever to use Skype again and I'm only hoping they are not going to make it as difficult to cancel their appalling 'Service' as everything else!

Bonjour,

Une mise à jour de mon W7 du 12 mai 2016 de votre "maison mère" MS a mis out of order mon microphone et haut-parleurs donc votre logiciel est inutilisable. je l'ai donc désinstallé.

Prière de leur remonter l'information car le service technique est obligé par leur direction Marketing à me refourguer W10, ce que mon ordinateur ne peut supporter...

Skype translator

on the 8th June I was video calling my girlfriend who is called Marina and only speaks Italian and Skype translator called her Valentina! If your girlfriend knew you were using a translator and it misspelled a lot of words, then common sense should tell her the app made a mistake on her name. She was just looking for a reason to get out of the relationship.
