I was told by the shop that they sent out my parcel on the 9th Jan. Expected to arrive 10th or 11th the latest.
Today is already 12th (6pm) and my parcel has not arrived yet. Ordered it as a birthday present and you're late causing my friend unable to receive it on time.
Your hotline is rubbish. Called the Ampang branch, no one answered. Called the cheras branch, no one answered. Called the subang jaya branch, no one answered. Finally manage to call Batu Caves branch but put me on hold for almost 3 mins and was told the late delivery is due to a mistake in delivery location and heavy workload?
