Shoedazzle.com / what a terrible company!
The customer service is terrible and most of the agents don't speak English at all. After I tried to explain the reason of my issue the agent became frustrated, because he couldn't understand what I was saying. Then he just dropped the phone. I called back to explain everything again, but the new agent could not understand me either. This company is really unprofessional! I have been a customer for two years and never had a problem. I was very confused, so I deleted my account. It is better not to deal with ShoeDazzle.
