I placed an order for $200 boots, after the order was processed, I received an email from ShoeBuy stating that it could take up to 5 business days to ship my order. Zappos had the same boots for the same price and would've had them to me the next day (I thought I would try something new, silly me). I called ShoeBuy within an hour of placing my order to cancel, that's when I learned that it could take 7-10 business days for them to credit my account. My money is being held hostage.
