Sheplers.com / The customer service is extremely poor!
I purchased two pairs of boots for me and my son. I placed an order about a month ago. Two weeks passed, but there still was no confirmation. I contacted their customer support wondering about the status of my order. I also asked for payment confirmation and tracking number. There was no response, so I called again to inquire about the order. This time, the customer service agent told me that my order had been cancelled and that I would not be receiving the boots at all. An entire month passed and only then they decided to inform me about that. If I had known this earlier, I could have ordered from a different company. It is unacceptable that they do not inform of any changes in the order status. I hope they'll go out of business soon! The customer service is extremely poor!
