SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / overcharged my credit card

Signed up for one month, they charged my card for 6 months. I sent "customer service" a email everyday for 2 weeks about it...NOT ONE RESPONSE...any ideas? If I have the charge reversed they'll cancel my credit card and it'll take 2 weeks to get a new one. I travel alot and can't do that

    Call the credit card company, and they will instruct you as to how you can recover your money.
