Samsung S7 Customercell phone

Samsung S7 phone camera spontaneously cracks and the company denies that there is anything wrong with the phone and the customers must have done something to cause it to crack. I attempted to chat online with a rep that took forever to respond to my complaint. Eventually told me what I would have to pay to have it service. Apparently, they don't care about their customers.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Virginia Beach, VA Who sells customers $700 defective phones and deny that there is any thing wrong with them. Where is your integrity Samsung. Did you lose it along the way when you realized that your phone were defective and you needed to roll out a new product any way.
