RushCard / given inaccurate information

On December 23, 2015, Rush Card made multiple transactions on my account from the same merchant- I only authorized one.  However, a total of 3 were made. I was told that since it was a pending transaction- it would fall back into my account in 48 hours.  After those 48 hours passed-no money.  I called Rush Card back.  This time I was told it transaction will expire in 10 says.  And, that my funds would be back on my card January 3, 2015 at 1:23 a.m.  So, I called backed today because to confirm.  In confirming that the funds would be available on the 3rd of January, the representative is now telling me the 6th of January.  As a result, I requested to speak with a supervisor.  While on the phone with the supervisor she tells me it will not be available until the 12th of January.  This is just ridiculous and unfair I am being put in this situation.  My insurance is in jeopardy of being cancelled. I suggest anyone to run from this company!!! I requested the corporate number and was told they don't have one! Sent from my Verizon 4G LTE Smartphone
