Roxy No credit for compliant return

I have completed a return to Roxy.ca on Aug 14th, 2023. Tracking number is [protected] with Purolator for order# [protected] ref#[protected] for a Swimsuit. Return was delivered within 30 days to them from original purchase on July 21st, 2023 on Aug 14th, 2023.

I paid $60 for this delivery confirmation that won't be refunded for a swimsuit worth $125. I've spent now a total $185 and have no bathing suit.

Its been 16 days when their returns are supposed to be completed within 7-10 days.

I've emailed them 3 times with absolutely no response except an automated "wait longer".

How is this anything but robbery?

Desired outcome: My money back for at least the bathing suit.

Roxy Customer service

I ordered a bathing suit bottom from Roxy.com on May 24th, 2023. It finally came within ten days. It was too small so I returned it back for a bigger size. The company said that they would refund the shipping charges if I joined the loyalty account which so I did. They took a long time to get back to me about refunding the cost after I emailed them twice. I came to find out that they won’t refund my return of shipping charges. This customer representative Xavier Eduardo Verdugo was not accommodating and refused to refund my shipping charges. Very disappointed with customer service.

Roxy I returned my order and I have not received a refund

I placed an order for 4 items in size M, these were too small so I returned them and ordered in a L, but 1 of the items was missing. When I contacted them they said they would look into it and then they said they would refund the item.

When I looked at my Barclaycard statement they have only refunded me for 1 item and it should be 4 items from the first order who was all returned and 1 item that was missing from the second order. I have send numerous emails but they do not reply.

Roxy Poorest quality products

Bought 2 different pairs of flip flops over last 6 months, both lasted about a month, both had the sole layers just peeling off.

Also bought 1 springsuit for surfing, after about 2 months stitches were coming apart pretty much everywhere, also poor-quality neoprene was cracking in random places.

Bought a 4mm wetsuit, same problems.

Just to be clear, I bought same items from different brands, same price range, and it lasted 10 times longer.

Feel like I was scammed.

Roxy Refund about the products I have refunded

I have returned my online orders, but it has been 3 weeks and did not receive any update on returned items or refund. I'm so worried that I won't get my money back. Roxy refund so so so unbelievable and I don't know what to do, It should be simple, return and get your refund within 2 weeks but with Roxy never happens like that.

Is there anything you can do for me?

Roxy Roxy small cotton backpack

My name is Gwen Petersohn and

I purchased a small floral backpack from Maui Nix in Daytona Beach, Florida and after a couple of weeks lost my car keys in the broken liner. (purchased in September “before hurricane Ian😥”)

The bottom busted out. Now mind you I only carry the bare minimum (keys, wallet, sunglasses).

So sad because I got so many complements on this backpack.

I♥️it!

Maui Nix would not exchange and suggested that I reach out to you. I am not a seamstress so fixing it would not work. Do you fix it or replace it. I think it was around $45 dollars.

Roxy Bad customer service

Hi, i was very dissatisfied today at Roxy la croisette.

I was purchasing a school bag priced at rs 2390 the 3 september 2022 at around 630pm.

The salesgirl told me that the last one remaining was the one displayed up in the shop. I told her it was ok.

Another salesgirl help her to remove the bag with a stick without taking care of the product and let it fell down.

It was only when the pencil case was stuck that they look for the ladder to remove the pencil case. This could have been done at first instance. They did not even remove the dust which was on the bag and pencil case.

Desired outcome: I expect at least an apology.

Roxy My order(s)

I don't know where to start with Roxy experience. I've very patient and just an hour ago gave up!

No contact phone number to call and you just fill form to contact "customer service". I asked an update on my 3rd order and couple of hours later received "order cancellation" email with no explanation or reason for it! Checked items ordered and all in stock (online). My advice to Roxy; respect your customers please and please at least ask or inform your customer before cancelling their orders after 12 days waiting time! Ah also, still waiting for my other 2 orders refunds.

My last large order partially cancelled, and some items were matching with cancelled items. What's the point of shipping for example matching bottom if I'm not going to receive the top?

Roxy, please can you ship the whole order instead of partially sending it! Or at least "ASK", right?!

Also, still waiting for my other 2 different orders to be refunded!

Desired outcome: I want my order id: [protected] shipped fully or just refund the whole amount I paid. What I'm going to do if you ship the top part of swim wear and not shipping the bottom part?! No meaning for me at all.

Roxy Payment yous didn't receive

I took a console on 5 payments and the second one git declined yesterday that is because my visa card details had changed through someone trying to scam my bank account I've tried for over 2 hours yesterday and today to try and contact yous to resolve this but it's impossible to talk to yous as yous operate premium numbers that my operating system will not allow please ring me me on [protected]

Roxy Refund

My item took a long time to arrive and when I paid to return it I received no acknowledgement and have still not received a refund after over two weeks. Customer service appears to be non existent. Please help.
The order number was 8860163 and I have evidence that the return was received.
I have contacted customer service numerous times with no response. Please help.

Roxy Customer care service

I have purchased two items on international website as I am living in korea. One of then has been shipped but the payment is refused by my bank because of dynamic currency conversion system. I have written to roxy customer care four times and I haven't even received one single answer or assistance. How will I pay if you dont answer or help? Roxy you suck, horrible horrible customer care. Never buying anything from roxy again.

Roxy Customer service

Two weeks ago I ordered a dress from Roxy.com and paid the extra $15 shipping fee for 2-day service as I needed this dress by a certain date (I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time!). After 3 days and my item did not arrive, I called Roxy customer service (was on hold for 1/2 hour) and was told that they had no way to find my package since UPS had not updated the information! I called the following week as my package STILL had not arrived and was told that it would for sure arrive that Wednesday (this was on a Monday) by 8:00 PM. Well, it still did not arrive! I called the next day (Thursday) and was told that my package was lost! I asked to speak with a manager/someone in charge, and was told that was not possible! I had specifically ordered this dress to wear for a very special occasion and now, one day before my event, I find out there is no Roxy dress coming! I was disconnected after waiting 1/2 hour on the phone, given false information, and the fact that Roxy had no idea how to track my package is ridiculous! I will never order from Roxy again! Roxy Customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, shows location when looking for nearby locations for a return but none of the "locations" will take the items back. Tried calling customer service on several occasions to get more information and no pickup. Emailed issue to customer service, received a copy and paste response from their website. Would not have placed order if had known they would not take back in any of their "locations" and definitely think twice before shopping with them!

Roxy Roxy girl 2 piece bathing suit

2 piece size 12 bikini with 2 peach and white elastics on each side. Been worn to 3 lessons bought it at sport check but threw the receipt out. One of the elastics is fraying very badly amd quickly that she won't be able to wear it much longer had it for maybe 2 weeks! The quality of this product is horrible especially for the price! Very angry and upset about this.

I ordered these items for my wife. She decided to return them. The return packaged was received by Richmond, BC, Canada warehouse on June 13th.
Up until now, I have not received my refund yet. I even called twice for the last two weeks. No news no refund?!?! Meanwhile, I have been paying interest rate of 19.99% on my credit card.
Why kind of business or customers service is this?

Roxy Horrible customer service

Ordered a couple things from them. Their return rules state, that you can return your purchase during 30 days, after purchase. In my case, I have 3 more weeks, but I lost the return label and guess, what? They won't accept my return, because of the return label... What a stupid rule! Roxy, just don't care about their customers. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Roxy Customer unfriendly support

I have ordered a bikini from www.roxy.com and needed it for my vacation. I ordered long in advance to be sure I'll get it on time.
It took them forever to deliver it and the saddest part was that I had to return it back due to the incorrect size.
I called Roxy and spoke to one of their reps who promised to send me a return label. Waited for about a week and nothing.
Second time I called they said they wanted to see some pictures. I sent them a few photos and they said they'll contact me as soon as they decide what to do.
Several days later I received a message from them stating they couldn't give me a return label. Asked why and received no answer.
The bikini itself was not bad, I really liked the quality and the whole thing was amazing, but I'm not satisfied because I wasn't able to get the right size. So I decided to keep it and later I sold it to a friend of mine.
Roxy customer service is horrible and customer unfriendly, I would not recommend Roxy to anyone.

Roxy Major Return & Exchange Issues

I am in shock at the horrible return/exchange policy Roxy offers. I was given a pair of snowboard pants for Christmas that were too small and not accurate according to their size chart. When I called and explained they were a gift and I needed to exchange for a large the woman on the phone told me she would process the return, then generate an entirely new order for the size I needed. In doing so I needed to provide a form of payment because they created it as a separate order. There is no such thing as a clean exchange. I questioned her and repeated that it was a gift and since I was only exchanging the size and there was no price difference then why would I have to provide a form of payment? The woman then told me that I would need to make an awkward call to the person who gave me the gift, tell them I needed a larger size, and then ask them to give for a form of payment for the new size and they would be refunded when it processed the return, or pay for it (again this is a GIFT) myself. This is a terrible way for a company to handle exchanges and returns. After all of this, the woman then finally decided to check if it was even in stock, and told me that it wasn't. She then suggested I go to an affiliate store and look for them there, still not grasping the whole point that this was a gift or resolving any issue regarding an exchange. I then told her I would need to call back once I had to call the person who gifted me the pants and explain the uncomfortable situation.

When I called back to initiate the return with no exchange, the new person I was speaking to told me that the woman had gone ahead and issued the return label for my pants anyways, and on top of that sent it to the person who gave me the gift after I made it clear I HAD IT IN MY POSSESSION. At this point, she had to cancel that label, reissue a new label to ME which I was told could take 1-2 days. 1-2 days is a ridiculous amount of time to EMAIL A SHIPPING LABEL. Now I have to wait and hope my label gets here today or tomorrow because if it isn't posted by UPS before the 31st, this woman told me "it was up to the warehouse what to do from there" (about whether the person who got me the pants would receive the full refund). That is a completely unacceptable answer/explanation. The process in whole is unacceptable and it is clear the concern is not with the customer. Being a fan of the product I looked forward to receiving my item. I understand sometimes things just aren't in stock. The problem was the process in which you drag your customers through to get exchanges and fair returns. I would hope someone would reach out regarding this issue.

On a side note, when I tried to contact the company via their website, the amount I could write was limited and I was unable to fully explain the circumstances. So the company even limits the customer to what they're allowed to write when you try and contact them for help?

Roxy Customer service

Sent me the wrong size shirt, I contacted them and they want it back in order to refund me. Ok, so I tell them I need a shipping label. None have come. I've contacted them several times and I'm still with a shirt I cannot wear and haven't been refunded for. Will not shop with them again. They don't even check their merchandise before shipping it.

I redeemed a $15 off coupon by spending hundreds of dollars on Roxy.com and racking up points. I used the coupon on a defective pair of boots that runs 2 sizes too small. I just want my points back so I can use my $15 off coupon and actually get something out of it.

I recently bought a Roxy bathing suit for a good amount of money thinking that it would be of decent quality only to have it wear out in one month! My mom still has bathing suits from the seventys. I mean, come on, with all of the new technology today why can't there be a reliable source of bathing suits!

my sister had bought me a green roxy hoodie for my birthday and by just wearing 1 time it had dyed my neck green the same as the shirt and it took a few days of scrubbing to get it off. Not very happy especially when you pay that kind of money for a hoodie and it does that to you!
