Rotita.com lengthy processing times, poor quality and poor sizing

I placed 2 orders with this company. The first was on March 26th for a top and a bathing suit. After sending many tickets via their website and opening a claim with Paypal, they finally shipped the order and it was received today. Their website indicates that orders ship within 24 hours, which is not true.
When I received the items there are no labels and it looks like the products are knock offs of other designers/manufacturers. This would explain why I've seen the same photos from their website on other sites as well.

The first item was a top which was ordered in XL. The top is extremely small and doesn't even fit my niece who wears a medium. The material is very flimsy and see through, although the photo and description indicate it is a cotton jersey.

The second item is a bathing suit, also ordered as XL. The fit is accurate, however again the product was received with no tags, the stitching is very loose and not even close to straight. It looks like it was sewn at home by someone who is just learning to use a sewing machine. The bathing suit is a bandeau style, but has no elastic so it is impossible to wear it without it falling down.

The second order was for a skirt. This order was placed on April 2nd. I have an open claim with Paypal, and have contacted the seller through their website numerous times. Each time I am told that the item will be here within 7 days but it has been over a month and the tracking information, which goes to a website that is all in chinese, has not been updated since April 9th. I am still waiting to receive the skirt, but don't hold out much hope that it will be worth the wait, if it shows up at all.

Rotita.com ignoring customers!

I tried to cancel the order the same day, was forced to write a ticket, which never showed up..I wrote a ticket 2 times, never heard a response, they dont have a phone number on there website...Now the item has shipped and I am forced to return and pay shipping when they would not respond to my cancelation on the DAY I ORDERED IT! They finally responded to one ticket, but i had to log into the website to see the response, they told me to check the sizing chart and the return policy..
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Rotita.com poor quality and wrong sizes

I visited the Rotita website for the first time a few weeks ago, I was looking for some nice long summer dresses for an upcoming trip. I found several very nice reasonably priced options on Rotita and ordered them. The fabric used wasn't as descripted for any of the dresses I ordered, 7 dresses in total. The actual dresses looked nothing like the actual pictures on the website. The sizing of the dresses was perhaps the worst part. One of the "cotton" dresses I ordered in an extra large size in case it shrank in the wash, was so small I couldn't get it over my shoulders. I notified the company that the sizes were all wrong as was the fabric used vs what was described on the website and instead of allowing me to return my order and refund my money they are disputing the quality and want me to send pictures. Which to me doesn't make sense, they know what they sent. I am stopping payment with my credit card company. I strongly encourage all people who visit that website to NEVER buy from this company.

Rotita.com poor quality product, untrue sizing & ridiculously slow shipping

I ordered the strap design stripe print black swimwear in size large. I ordered it on March 30th & it just arrived today, April 29th. Their website says it will arrive within 1-2 weeks. Clearly not accurate. The bathing suit arrived unassembled. I had to string the bikini bottom myself. It's the flimsiest material I've ever seen. I can't imagine it would hold up in the washing machine. The sizing was WAY off. I'd say the top would fit someone who wears a womens' US size 20-22W. The bottom would fit someone who wears a womens' US size 6...maybe. There is absolutely no way to make this suit work & there's no way to get a refund without spending more than the suit cost to send it back & fighting for months for a return approval.

Do NOT order anything from this company. It's all a scam.

I ordered a Back Slit Design Blue Asymmetric Tank Top in a 3x $21.43. My daughter wears a medium and it fitted her. I also ordered a Tribal Print Cyan Strapless Dress in a XL $23.18. Shipping insurance was $1.34. It came with a big hole, threading hanging from it and the color look faded. Not the color on the website. I paid $45.75 on this order. I'm not please at all. This is my 2nd time ordering from Rotita and I had a very bad experience with that order as well. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just wasted my money on clothing I'm not able to wear. I'm very disappointed and upset.

Rotita.com wrong description

i ordered a silver sequin top and paid for it with fast shipment on april 4th 16, it arrived 17 days later despite their fast shipping policy, they just said please understand we very busy, that in my opinion is absolutely not good enough, when you pay for fast shipment you expect it to be expidited, the top arrived on 21 april 17, i ordered a silver sequin hip lenght top with on / off shoulder, what i actually got was a very badly made rose gold top which is very short not hip lenght, definately not on/ off shoulder and in a uk size 12 even though i ordered and paid for a size xxl

Rotita.com bathing suit

Was promised my suit, in 4-5 days. It has been 3 wks. now, no suit, nor can I get in touch with them. They didn't have any trouble with taking my money right away. I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem, from this horrible "company". Just want my money back. It was only $27.95, but I paid for it with my creditcard. Thank you...Cleone

Bought swimwear from this site and found them to be very small sized, contacted them asking for their returns procedures only to be given a link that does not work and now being ignored by message and email just wish I had done my homework on this site b4 I wasted my money

Rotita.com swimsuit and shirt

I placed an order on 4/6/16. I have sent in a few tickets regarding my order and asking for updates as to when the order would ship. Their website showed order would ship in 1-4 business days. Here we are 13 days later and still no product and no response from "customer service". I am at the point where I just want my money refunded to me and to be done with this whole thing. I wish I never ordered from here. This has been the worse on-line ordering experience in my life.

Beware of buying from here had to put a claim In to paypal to get what I ordered which then took about 2 months. Finally got here flimsy crap and no where near the real size. Save your money

I ordered a swimsuit in a large per their sizing chart. It was so small I couldn't get it on. Started emailing them and arguing about their sizing. Was told they are an Asian company. They refuse to work with the customer to return anything. Also, the quality was horrific! Do not buy anything from this company as they are scammers!

Same situation here. I ordered my swimsuit on April 1, and it never shipped. When I tried to call, there was an answering machine, they never get back to you. After several emails over several weeks. They finally told me that it was out of stock. I requested an immediate refund, and although they agreed, they told me they would have to charge me $3 for handling. What exactly did they "handle?" I will never order from this company again, and I suggest to everyone to request a refund and not order from this company again.

I ordered a swimsuit well over a month ago and just received it today. The top was ridiculously too large, and the bottoms equally too small. I am consistently the same size top and bottom, so I attribute this issue to the company. There was also no paperwork in the packaging, which I found quite strange. It did not list the order information, nor did it provide me with a way of sending back this terrible article of clothing. I will never again purchase from this company.

I ordered almost a month ago, you keep telling me it's shipped. You now don't respond. I contacted Facebook to say the site should be removed, especially if they read all the complaints. I want my money back or my swimsuit. I also contacted my bank about the fraud

I ordered this bikini thinking this was a honest site but when I received it after waiting ages, it was terribly made. I was even more angry when I found out I payed over £16 when I originally thought I payed £12, I think its disgusting that theres no returns address on the item and its shipped from china not an actual clothes site ! I want my money back !

I ordered 4/4. They took money and order still says "unshipped." They do not answer emails...just tickets that get submitted and sit there with my order! I will never order again and I ordered a lot!

You will receive your orders...eventually and unfortunately it will look nothing like what you saw in the pictures. I believe that they steal pictures from other sites to use for advertising. Note that the heads are usually cut off of the model. Hopefully you ordered via Pay Pal and can file a claim for a refund. Their clothes are ill fitting, very poorly made, the material they use is not like advertised. Hopefully Face Book will one day stop allowing them to advertise. So many people are being scammed!

I'm having the same issues as well...no responses back from them, no information, no tracking info. all i can see is that they took my money & still havent shipped out my product. I ordered on 4/4, the money was taken on 4/8 & i still have nothing to go on...THIS SUCKS! MUST BE A TOTAL SCAM!

I order a swim suite April 3, 2016 through pay pal, well it's April 19, 2016 and I still have NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT! the order number is as follows WW1604040841584765, the grand total was $25.72. the confirmation that I received said that I would receive it within 1-4 working days. You stated that I would receive a tracking # to track my order and you failed to do that as well. My product should had been sent to 192 Oxford Street, Orange, NJ 07050, however, it is saying unshipped! My phone number is as follows [protected] and/or [protected]. thanks.

I agree with you. I ordered on 4/6/2016. I have sent them ticket after ticket. Finally someone responded asking what my order # was and now I am again waiting for my answer. I ordered a swimsuit. It originally said it ships in 1-4 days, now it shows 7-12 days. We are at 13 days and still no answer. I wish I could get my money back.

The item I have received is not the size or colour which I ordered I read the size chart so thats not the issue I wanted silver as stated its come to me like a rose gold colour the actual garment is very very badly made
Item not as described and an over sea purchase so I know that your covered by buisiness insurance I want a full refund I would be ashamed to tell people I had this neverless wear it its totally useless and a bad representation of a buisiness

Rotita.com jackets/clothes/everything

Every single thing I've ordered has been either the wrong fabric or the wrong size yes I looked at the size chart but theres no way the fabric that's was suppose to be cotton comes back and its vinyl or silky and they won't give a refund they told me in an email maybe I got someone I can give it to as a gift or resale it I spent a lot of money for quite a bit of stuff they're horrible I dont suggest anyone ordering from this site or Motily they're one in the same just a different name smdh

they have a lot of positive comments on individual items.saying how great there clothes are and the quality is great. They must have friends or customers post positive remarks. I just ordered $200 worth of jeans and tops.I will be pissed if I have to get legal to get my money back. It won't end good for them.

Rotita.com total scam

I placed an order over a month ago. I have never received my order. I keep sending emails and Facebook messages, nobody is answering me. I tried to submit a ticket on their website but i keep getting an error message saying the order number I entered is not correct when it is. Please note that if you cannot provide the « proper order number » you can't even send a ticket.

Rotita.com swimsuit

I ordered a swimming suit and there website states it ships within 4 days. A week passes by I emailed them on the status of my order and they tell me to give them a few more days. Another week goes by and they tell me they are out of stock. I asked for a refund and they ignored me. I paid by PayPal so I filed a case against them. They then provide a tracking number stating order shipped and Close the case with PayPal. I close the case and the order never shipped out they provided a tracking number for label that was created but never shipped out. I contacted them several times and won't answer me back. I call PayPal and they tell me once I close the case they no longer can help me. The company knew of that and that's why they created a bogus tracking number. I called my bank filed fraud charged against them . Don't buy from them really bad customer service and fraudulent company.

Rotita.com never received - do not order from this site

I placed two separate orders of two bikinis both at the end of February. One shipped a few days after I placed the order and it has been over 30 days and I have still not received it. The tracking information said it was out for delivery and then ended up in some random USPS facility and has not provided information since then. That was on March 16th. The second order was not even shipped until 30 days after the order was placed... and that one is not even picked up by the tracking information yet. It says it was shipped 7 days ago. It seems almost impossible to get any real information or help from the company. It appears to be a horribly run company - if not a scam.

contact the better business bureau. They should not be allowed to get away with this. Also file with PayPal or credit card. Send screen shots of all of these complaints in an email to the bbb, PayPal and/ or credit card. Send an email to rotita along with all the complaints and tell them that everyone is filing a works class lawsuit against then. I don't know if it will help but it can't hurt. I was just getting ready to place a $200 order and several times I asked them questions and never got a response so I thought I'd do some research and came across this site of complaints. I don't know if you noticed but on their site they have excellent reviews on the listings. But even though seemed sketchy to me. I hope you get your money back I will be contacting the bbb myself to see what they have against them.

Rotita.com clothing purchase

First of all it took over 30 days to receive my order after I paid for expedited shipping. Second nothing I mean nothing look any thing like the website. Material was horrible falling apart right out the packet the color was disgusting as if it's been washed a million times already and the sizes was off way off from their chart and I went up a few sizes. Contact them and was advice that refunding will be more expensive for me. The things about was not wearable. What a waste of money and no one wants to talk to you at the company only contacting me by email but will not answer any phone calls and via email stated there's nothing they can do I can return it at the cost to me and then they end it the conversation. Do not buy from this website!

Rotita.com ordered swimsuits

On 2/16/16 I ordered two swim suits and a cover up, today is 3/26/16 and I still don't have them. I tried to resolve this and they have blocked me from looking up my info on their site. I put in what they call a ticket since they had not shipped the item yet to just cancel the order, they ignored it and said that they had shipped the items, which was not true. Then on 3/16/16 they said they had shipped the item, I still don't have it. ALL I want is a refund.

They are a complete rip off and scam everything that has been reported is true and will happen do not use them they will not hold true to there policy in any way. Reporting them to FB where I got the add. All above comments are true and did the same to me. DON'T PLAY NICE GET STRAIGHT TO THE POINT FROM BEGINNING.

I ordered a swimsuit online on the 7th April, told my item would be shipped within 7 days and i would receive a tracking number. I am still yet to receive my order and also my tracking number. My order number is WW1604071654409311 . I have left numerous comments and complaints and i have still not heard back from anyone! this is getting beyond a joke

I would dispute. I logged a ticket and at first I didn't get any comment back for days and then I emailed them and said no one is responding to my ticket. The comments on the ticket since look like a 2nd grader wrote them. Actually a 2nd grader would be more grammatically correct. Extremely unprofessional. I asked to cancel and they first said "OK, no problem. But if you don't get permission before reject, you are responsible for any fees result in. And we will send a refund when return package received." Seriously? That is how they respond? Then they said twice in two separate comments that there is a "handing" fee. Not handling fee, "handing." It seems like some foreign operation and a scam. I told them i disputed with PayPal and they would handle it.

I hope this isn't what is happening with my order! I ordered 3/19 and it shows I have paid but they haven't shipped yet, as of today (3/28). I opened a ticket as well, and their reply was I should pay again because "sometimes it is not going through, " but my bank account and PayPal and their own website shows that they have received the money. I can't believe I was asked to pay twice! I'm giving a few more days to provide a tracking number, and if not, I'm disputing. 😡

Rotita.com unethical behaviour

I made an order on March 13, 2006 in the amount of 168.00 (price including expedited shipping). I then received an email saying that I should get my order on or before March 16, 2016, by the 18th of March I still had not got my order or any emails regarding my order so I went into my Rotita account. I tried to track my order and it said "confirmed/paid/unshipped", so I send a ticket to them asking when my order will be shipped. On March 20th I still had not received an answer back and now my Rotita account was saying my order was cancelled/unpaid/unshipped, however, both pay pal and my bank account shows the money was removed. I asked pay pal to intervene and they opened a case the case has now been upgraded to a demand for my money back. Pay pal has tried to email Rotita, so have I and still no answer. I am also getting "forbidden access" when I try to sign on

Rotita.com worst online company ever!

I ordered several items back in August 2015. Got them in a reasonable time but they were nothing as described. Either they were way to small or way to big, made extremely cheap and several had defects. After contacting the company, I was told I couldn't and wouldn't receive a refund. I told them I would be disputing the charges with my bank then. They told me to try and sell the items on eBay or at a garage sale. We went back and forth several times and they finally agreed to credit me back when they received the items. Well I sent it back in September 2015 and as of yet I haven't received a credit. So now they have my $116.30 and the clothes I sent back. Paypal has not been helping me resolve the problem either.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS & THIEVES!
