RoseWe.com / company just stopped corresponding with me after I said I need to return product
I went through their ticket process and the online chat person said I would receive a return authorization number. That was a week ago and when I look up my ticket number it keeps saying "processing". I only have 30 days to return so i'm getting worried. I keep adding replies to my ticket like..."pls send me a
Return number" but that doesn't help..
Swimsuits I ordered were about 2 sizes smaller than what they are supposed to be. Not women's sized. More like young teen.
There is absolutely no phone number for customer service. Wish I wouldn't have ordered from them. Have feeling they are going to keep my money. Sad and mad.
