Rite Aid pharmacy

The pharmacist is at the Rite aid 1101 Atlantic ave. Is one of if not the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. The customer service was atrocious. I was talked too as though I was one of his children. I came to pick up a prescription 20 early, I left after I was told it would be ready in 5 mins when it wasn't ready I decided to leave for work. I than called the pharmacist to see if this is would I would expect every time I fill a prescription it was than when he proceeded to talk down too me.

I work in customer service and would never talk to clients the way I was spoken too.

The pharmacist feels he can speak to others a certain way based on the medication the customer receives. Needless to say I certainly won't be going to fill prescriptions at Rite Aid.

Rite Aid Filling Prescriptions

The employees in the pharmacy department located on Mule Road, Toms River, NJ are the worst. Every single time my physician calls in my refill, I am always told the script wasn't called in. I am so sick and tired of these people. How does Rite Aid employee such ignorant people. Again, on 7/12/18, my doctor called in my refill, I called Rite Aid on 7/15/18 to see if the script was ready to be picked up. I was told yet again my doctor never called the script in. So this morning, 7/16, I called my doctors office and they did call in the script. The doctors office places a call to Rite Aid and are told, "Oh sorry, yes that script is filled". So DAMN STUPID.
HEY RITE AID, you need to check out the people you employ in your Mule Road, Toms River location. They need to get a clue.

The reason why they tell you that it isn't ready yet or they have no received it is due to the way they are trained to deal with conflicts between the customer and the insurance company.

Instead of telling you that it can't be filled at this time is due to the fact that the insurance company did not authorize it, they lie to you and tell you a story and string you along so you get pissed off and go somewhere else..

Certain insurance companies are worse than others and public assistance is the worst when it comes to paying for stuff before getting pre authorization..

Rite Aid pharmacy

I went into the Riteaid on White Lane and Gosford in Bakersfield California on Sunday the 15th, 2018 at 3:10 p.m. went straight to the Pharmacy, where i always go, to purchase some insulin syringes for my mother who is in a wheel chair and a diabetic. Most of the the time the are very professional with me and treat me with respect. The oriental lady behind the counter was rude with me, short with me, and refused to sell me the syringes. She looked and spoke to me like I was some worthless drug addict or something. I feel very disrespected by here and will nevee be giving Riteaid my business any longer, which stinks because ny family and I love the ice cream. People shouldn't judge a book by their cover, especially in their place of business. She was extremely ruse and unprofessional.

What does being Oriental have to do with her acting unprofessional.. In Pennsylvania they give out free syringes to drug addicts to slow down the problem they are having with hep A and hep b.. What the problem was - was that she let her personal opinion get in the way of her job, for which she should be fired...

Wouldn't you like to have a job where you could be rude or inconsiderate and not get fired?

Rite Aid pharmacy

So, today was my second time getting into a verbal disagreement with a woman by the name of Toya(sp). I am a very frequent guest to this pharmacy because 1) I love Ms. Renee and her astounding customer service but it's always a quick and easy process when I come...except for these two times.

The first incident happened on 6/3/2018: I arrived to Rite Aid (3804 Liberty Heights Ave) at 9:05, I was running late for work, so I just thought I'd be able to run in and out. I walked to the back of the store and saw that the gate was still shut. I just start browsing the isles, then I hear "who is parked in my parking spot?!", "where's the [censored] at?", "I don't got time for this, they better move." So, as I start to become concerned about what's happening, I see them pointing at me-- my car was in her spot. I didn't think I was in the wrong because I was not parked in a handicapped spot, and I didn't see anything indicating otherwise. She comes over to me and asks me to move my car, but I politely declined and said that "I don't think I should have to move my car in order for you to come to work" ---it was 9:17 at this point. She came back to the pharmacy, slowly opened the gate, took a patient before me and then took my information so abruptly. I got out of the pharmacy at 9:35 and I called the store and made a complaint to the manager but it was never followed up.

today, 7/10/2018, was my second time disagreeing with her because she felt the need to tell me that "she told me yesterday that I had no refills", when I was calling to ask her why I had text messages saying I had multiple refills? I was confused, but then she proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't have ran out and reminds me of when I last got my medication (which is the same thing she did yesterday.) I have had two horrible mornings because of this woman's poor treatment. I need something to be done or I think I'd just find another pharmacy.

Rite Aid no air conditioner

I was in a store at 6654 Fresh Pond Rd
Ridgewood, NY 11385
United States and there isn't air conditioner in that store and the candy's are literally melted from how hot it is in there and the employees are suffering aswell as the customers from the heat and I have breathing problems and I couldn't even stay there more than three minutes it's a shame a rite aid is like this.

Rite Aid the store manager

I went into rite aid and the manager in Falmouth Massachusetts got really mad at me because we had an argument she told me she is the MANAGER, and she said I do not want you in my store ever again and I AM CALLING the police. This is serious because there is only one Rite Aid in the area and I wanted to buy Vitamins that were on sale that cost $4.99 nature made vitamins which was a good buy, She is using her authority and power to stop people from shopping she is not from the town and does not live in this town. And she is not a very good person to be a manager, can you transfer her to another store? I like the prices in Rite Aid, they have good buys there and she was in a room looking on a camera and she approached me that my name was Sandra and that is not my name. She said you have a trespass warrant not to come in here and I am calling the police. What is going on with the people who work there? They never keep help it is always someone new working there. I am more than upset with the way they are acting.

I always go to this rite aid location. Once a week or more. Always great service.
Today I needed assistance with an item usually found in the aisle (cable cord for cell phone); however, only 1 remained (for my particular type of phone) and the box was damaged. I asked the gentlemen working behind the counter if he could please get me one of the cords behind him (as there were plenty more there). He wouldn't get the item for me. A foot away or less. He said "just go get your own in aisle 7." rather rudely. I was trying to explain to him that I was there just 2 days prior and I knew the only one remaining in aisle 7 had a damaged. Box... And. I.D. Prefer the item in the undamaged box, directly behind him. He wouldn't do it for me. I just couldn. T believe how rude this employee was. I ended up purchasing the cable in the damaged. Box and just hoping it would work properly.. The employee who rang me up said "well ma. Am please keep your receipt just in case it doesn. T work" which I did appreciate. I am a customer who frequents that store every week. I left the store very upset. Perhaps now I need to take my business elsewhere. This was unacceptable.

Rite Aid prescription

Please see complaint below.
A few months ago I went to pick up a prescription for my allergies. Had Dr. Call both Qvar and Flovent in because I wasn't sure which insurance would cover. Went to pick it up and was told insurance wasn't going to cover either unless I paid $200 for the deductible. I told them I'd take "whatever one they will cover after deductible". I paid for the prescription through my Care Credit and it posted on 3/26/18. Went to pick up my prescription of Flovent from the pharmacy a week ago expecting to pay $50 and was told it was over $200. Described the situation to the lady checking me out AND then the pharmacist. They told me to call insurance which I did. Upmc told me that Rite Aid never put in a claim to apply it to the deductible! Went back in Rite Aid and told her what was told to me by Upmc. She states that the prescription I got in March was for Qvar not Flovent which was why it wasn't applied to my deductible. Pharmacist then states that there was no way they would've charged me $200 without telling me. My response was, I understand that it was $200 I'm not disputing that. I am, however, upset that you gave me the wrong prescription and I paid $200 for it which didn't even apply to the deductible. I asked her what sense would that make? Why would I pay $200 for something that isn't covered in March then, when I need the prescription again I wanna pay another $200 so it then would be applied to my deductible?!

Rite Aid customer service

I went to a rite aid at 6423 Fort Hamilton Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11219 to purchase pads. As I was being helped at the cash register, my boyfriend noticed that I was being charged an extra time for one of my items. He then proceeds to tell the cashier, and at which the cashier told us that she didn't make a mistake. I made her double check and she did. However, at the moment her face did not seem happy and it instead was what you called a "[censored] face" to me and my boyfriend. I felt very unsatisfied that I was treated that was when I was charged an extra time for my item. The cashier's name is Victoria working at the location I mentioned above. If that's how you want your customers to be treated at your stores, then I am sorry to say that I hope other people who had a similar experience as me take their business elsewhere and It is a shame that there are people like that representing the Rite Aid business.

Rite Aid pharmacist

I took my Dr.s printed prescription in to the pharmacy today at about 6:30 pm. I was told It would be a few minutes. So I did some shopping in the store and about 15 minutes had went by. So I went back to the counter and ask if it was done and a gentlemen told me they are working on it now and it will be done in less than 15 minutes. So I walked around some more and then sat in the waiting area. After another 15 minutes I went back up to the counter and ask about my prescription. A very Large woman looking of Mexican decent came out and in a very nasty tone of voice said to me "I can't fill this prescription", "No Doctor would have worded the prescription this way and It looks tampered with. People were standing around me and all eyes went to "ME", for who else would she be referring to, to have tampered with it. I also want it to be known that the prescription I could have filled 5 days earlier, but I had medication left and waited till it was all gone. Then This man behind the counter said he would call my Dr. I sat back down and yes I was pretty upset, I was basically accused of tampering with my prescription in front of several people. And, they had waited all the time, lying to me saying it was being filled when it wasn't. It was going on being in the store over a half an hour now, I go back up to the counter and ask if they got a hold of the Dr. and they said no. I then said this is not right, there is nothing wrong with this prescription and I have been getting it here for months now. and I started to leave and then the large woman who said she was the pharmacist came out again and said here, take your prescription we are not filling it. If you could have seen how man her face looked and heard the nasty tone you wouldn't believe this was suppose to be a professional pharmacist. She handed it to me and I saw they had scribbled all over the prescription! No other pharmacy will take a prescription that someone scribbled all over and I said you wrote all over it why? I was crying at this point because I had been treated so POORLY. And right then a man standing in line said to me. don't feel bad, she treats everyone like this, she is just very rude. I left the store, called my Dr. and my Dr. even said she had dealt with that pharmacist before and she is really nasty to deal with. and my Dr. called in the exact same prescription to a different pharmacy. I truly hope something can be done about this. I am sure there have been other complaints on the woman by what that man in line said. I gave you the time I was there and a description of her, please look up her name and please don't let her treat people like this. I did NOTHING wrong, and there was nothing wrong with the prescription my Dr. wrote that had been going to that pharmacy every month. Please let me know what can be done. Sincerely, Rose

Rite Aid service

Today, i went to Rite aid to use two coupons I have which are $3 off of a Colgate toothpaste and Garnier Fructis $4 off two shampoo. I got the same exact toothpaste as the picture on the in add coupon and the cashier said it was not included. I asked how come it's the same exact toothpaste in the add. He ended up giving me the discount. This is the same guy who wouldn't let me use my coupon a few months back. I had a BOGO FREE mascara with a certain brand and he wouldn't honor it. I'm not a coupon genius so I always make sure I read my coupons to make sure I get the right product. This guy is a coupon hater fairy. Just plain rude. Next time I'll bring my business some place else. I felt embarrassed.

This happened at Rite aid in 7211 Elk Grove Blvd. I'm looking at you Cashier #[protected]. You are rude.

Rite Aid customer service

Was asked if I wanted to donate to charity upon checkout tonight, I replied "no" and chuckled at something my wife was doing right next to me and the cashier actually said to me "well if you think cancer in children is funny" (i didn't even know the charity was about cancer or anything).He was dead serious too.

This [censor] should not be working for ANY company in the customer service industry. He's lucky I only told him to "F" OFF and walked out the door.

Never has one person so completely turned me off to ever giving my business to a company again.I'm blown away this guy has a job at Rite Aid.

Rite Aid old sale signs were still up and sale price was not honored

I bought sun tan lotion that was on sale Saturday 3-17-18. I stopped today on my way home at another Rita Aid on 2912 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Al 36605 to see if I could find more for a gift. This store still had the signs up stating the certain brands were buy one get one free. I even asked a sale lady about it. She look at the sign and walked away. I tried to purchase 4 bottles. But when I got to the register it rang up for the regular price. The cashier walked with me to check the price. The same lady working on the floor came over and started reading the labels that I had asked her about before. She stated that the sale ended on Saturday and pointed to tiny print with a date.
I stated "So you are not going to honor the sale sign and she didn't answer. She just started taking down the signs that were wrong. The problem with this is that new signs had been put up for the new sale for sun tan lotion for a different brand. (Not the brand that I wanted). I feel like the sale should have been honored. The cashier was very nice but the sales lady was not. I then left the store/
I think the sales lady didn't do her job by removing the old sale signs when she put up the new sale signs.

Rite Aid member of staff trying to frame customer stealing without apology.

This is Amber Lin. I'm a student study in the Savannah College of Art and Design. I'm in New York for my spring break. Me and my friend were trying to purchase something such as travel sized shower gel and toothpaste etc. in 182 Smith St Brooklyn NY11201 around 0:30am. I accidentally dropped a shower in one of a shopping bag of the things I bought earlier today, and I took it out immediately, then kept browsing around. Few mins later a security guy approached us and asked us to leave. At the first place, me and my friend thought the shop was closing or sth so we just hurry up going to the cashier, then they said is not about that, they asked me to leave because through the CCTV they assumed me tried to steal that shower gel. This is very ridiculous because it was a completely accident. I tried to provide an explanation, and even told them to check my bag, but they just won't listen. My friend just wanna paid the money and go, however, the security guy and the assistant who assumed me stealing won't allow us. Later on, a guy with glasses showed up and said he could take care of us. I asked for apologise while he scanned the stuff we were trying to purchase. Because I think this is really serious problem, however, he said that he believed that what the assistant just said was true. I found this is ridiculous and argued with them, he just rolled the eyes and said "If you guys don't want to purchase anything from here just leave." Then we just left the place. This was totally rude and racist. I need to received an official apologise from them.

Rite Aid rudeness at store #06313 by lupe vicente

I want to make a complain about this employee or shift leader at Rite Aid store #06313 her name is Lupe vicente she works in the mornings . from 7 to 3 pm I am a loyal customer at this store I go very often since I live across the street. I was walking to the store and I seen her smoking weed in the back by the garbage and I told her to have some respect for my children that were passing by her at the moment ., and this lady came up to me and started to speak vulgarly to me in front of my children . and threatened me if I go in say something to her general manager Lilly . I want this lady out of this store she's rude, very unprofessional and careless . I will not keep shopping here until she is out she is not lleagly working there and she's very unprofessional and unappreciated

Rite Aid discounts

Used my rite aid card for my purchases would have got 16.14 off told me it went through she lied to me because she was having trouble with register I would never would have got if without discount and when I proved it they were rude and I heard them laughing at me I had told them I just lost my mom and sister and I was already upset and they laugh you have some very nasty people working for you .Not all who work there just the three I was with.Thank you for listening.

Rite Aid manager and shift supervisor

I am complaining about a shift supervisor her name is Ann from store 10253.
The cashier asked her to grabe so smokers for me and she looked and told him no and walked away. Then she walkes in to my daughter doesn't say sorry.

I am also complain about the manager DEB from 10253. I was shopping with my kids and friend. She goes up to my friend and asked if she needs help but its the way she said it. She thought she was stealing and she wasn't. then when we were checking out and paying for what we needed she call the cashier in her office to talk to him. The people that work her are not friendly. I have seen DEB yell at one of her cashiers infornt of her cashiers because someone stole and got away. she yelled at her and said why didn't you stom him but the cashier did ask the guy to come back.

Why not me my name is Pearl Renee Springs and I have support Riteaid department and pharmacy stores all though out Manhattan and some of Brooklyn I love them and Iam happy to have chosen them and for them to have been credited and created people visit Riteaid and don't really think or maybe care and take into consideration or for granted what is available for fulfillments and enjoyments there are other places you can shop and purchase such same or similar items that Riteaid upholds and they all also have the word RITE in there created name title this "voice of the customer means alot to me" I pray because Iam fortunate enough to use and afford there products alot of age groups go to Riteaid also cause I always have done 👍🏪 📢
