Hi,
My name is Chandra Bhushan Pandey, prior i was using TATA Indicom but one of the reliance agent motivated me and offered me better plan than TATA Indicom and i become ready after that he asked me to pay 200 rupees and said those money will be deducted in two months, moreover i paid it and given all the document whichever was required. and now it's already 10 days they have only deactivated my TATA Indicom and they are not activating "Reliance" any more. i have called customer care many time but they say that
i have not submitted document, if i have not submitted document then how come they stopped my previous service and now neither i have TATA Indicom nor Reliance, You may please understand my problem, how am i facing this issue, please give me resolution i am really sad of Reliance communication,
