[Resolved] Regus Group / retainer fee refund

It is now 8 weeks and we have yet to receive the retainer refund when the website stated 4-5 weeks??
Sent numerous emails to account.[protected]@regus.com but did not receive reply. This is really bad customer service. If you have a helpdesk contact, we would expect a 24hours reply.
Please advise what can we do to get back our retainer refund??

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

We fully understand the importance of receiving prompt payment of retainer refunds, therefore have attempted to make this process as smooth as possible for our valued customers. Requesting your retainer refund is very easy: simply log into your online account (i.e. www.myregus.com) and go to the End Agreement section. The reason why we’re asking all our customers to provide details online is to prevent fraud.
    After investigating we noticed that your online request was missing. We have now manually actioned your request and expedited you refund.
