QOO10bad ordering experience with dishonest seller emperor brand

I ordered Pannax Ginseng form Emperor Brandon Dec 27, 2016. I went to the Chinatown outlet for self collection, but was told it's out of stock and I should come again on Dec 31. the I called again, I was rejected but to contact their HQ office number, which I tried a few times but nobody was there answering call. On q10, I raised question online, there is no any response neither. my Q10 order number is [protected], I can not even cancel the order for some unknown reason.

hence I am making this official compliant to the shop Emperor Brand, which does not care their customer at all. In addition, I request for a full re-fund plus the $16 coupon I used in this order. I'm completely unhappy with this experience for their attitude and general ignorance, they even have outdated collection branches on Q10.

Looking forward to your earliest feedback and full refund of my order.
