We purchased a pulte home in 2006 we have had several problems. The air conditioning did not work; we had to have it repaired; now we found out that the french doors leading to the deck the wood that holds them together is rottening; the deck is a joke the wood is cracking and not safe to walk on. The cabinets in the kitchen is two different colors; the kitchen window is no secure there is an opening at the bottom of both windows; the list can go on.
On going complaint, but before you are rushed into closing, just step back and know that once you sign off your stuck with the problems. Do NOT close until all problems are resolved, no matter what they promise or tell you .

Which media did you deal with? We have big problems and are going to go the publicity route.

That's what we were thinking as well. Seems as if our media broadcast got influenced by Pulte and now the news channel management has discontinued broadcasting any further reagrding the Pulte Problem in the Northern Va area.
