Pos Laju / missing parcel
I'm sender, i send my parcel on date 8/1/19 at poslaju nilai.But until date 12/1/19 my receiver contact me n told me didn't receive parcel.I call and make report, they say will call me and inform the status for my parcel.They told me polaju nilai has confirmed already sent out my parcel but on poslaju penang tell them didn't receive my parcel so they need to wait the answer from transit hub.This week i have called few times but they just call me wait until their confirm with the transit hub check whether my parcel is it lost or still haven't deliver, but until today i call to ask they told me my parcel was confirm missing but the problems is no any PIC call to inform me!!!
Is it this was the service for regular customer?!!And my case need taken almost 2 weeks to solve, in between this 2 weeks my receiver was complaint so many times with me.It was affect the trust between me and my receiver, so who will bare the cost i loss??!!
