It's a fraud! I was searching for health insurance online, and 2 minutes after my search I received a call from PJP. She promised me good coverage including dental with very low price, and then asked me for my checking account number! After payment I didn't receive any package she promised me. Then I did some research and found that I wasn't the first victim of this company!

I had health insurance that I bought from PJP health agency. I went to see a primary doctor, and then I received a notice from the health insurance plan stating they would not cover this doctor visit because their records showed I had other health insurance.

I stated that their records were wrong. I asked what other health insurance the records showed I had, and they wouldn't tell me. I asked how to fix this, and they said I would have to have my other insurance company call them. The problem is I don't have another insurance company, and they won't even tell me what other insurance plan it is they think I have. To me, this seems like nothing short of a scam to steal from me. I pay for a service, then when I need to collect the service, a ridiculous situation is created to prevent me from being able to do anything.

PJP health agency is a scam and a ripoff. I read all the other complaints about this company and my bank suggested I not close out my account. They suggested I block PJP health agency from being able to debit my checking account. Avoid this online scam! I wish I did.

I have been unemployed since December 2008 and due to the fact that I recently lost my health insurance coverage under COBRA, I began searching online for reasonably priced health insurance. I entered my name and contact information at ehealthinsurance.com, and was contacted within minutes by a guy named Donald Ulrich at PJP Health Agency.

I told him that I wanted health insurance coverage to replace the coverage I had under COBRA. He told me he had just what I was looking for and quoted me a price of $639 per month for a health insurance plan under the Oxford Liberty Plan. He told me that in order to qualify for this "incredibly low" monthly rate, I had to give him my checking account number and pay by automatic monthly withdrawals from my checking account. I asked him if I could pay by credit card instead, and he said no. I found this to be a bit odd, but I foolishly gave him my checking account number, and the next day, a debit was made from my account in the amount of $789.

Since I was charged $150 more than I was quoted, I sent Mr. Ulrich an email asking why I was charged more than the amount I was quoted. He responded and told me that the extra $150 was for a one time "membership fee" in the American Benefits Association. He said that he "thought that he mentioned it to me" when I gave him my checking account number during our telephone conversation. I know that I didn't authorize this "membership fee", so I replied to his email and told him that I never authorized this fee and wanted it refunded. He responded by telling me that I had to be a member of the American Benefits Association to qualify for the "low monthly premiums" with Oxford. Foolishly, I bought into his lies and instead of just cancelling my policy, I decided to wait for the arrival of my insurance cards from Oxford.

After about 3 weeks, I finally received something in the mail... not from Oxford, but from the American Benefits Association. The documents were all low-quality copies, and my information was handwritten and not printed. I called up the telephone number for the American Benefits Association, and the woman who I spoke to told me that I had purchased a medical discount plan and not a health insurance policy. I called up Mr. Ulrich at PJP Health Agency, but I was unable to contact him. Since his voicemail was full, I wrote a certified letter to him asking PJP Health Agency to refund all of the money which was debited from my checking account. The letter was received and signed for two days later, but I didn't receive a reply. However, three days later, my checking account was debited again, this time in the amount of $639. I tried calling Mr. Ulrich once again, but I was still unable to reach him. I went to my bank and filled out an ACH Form, which revoked PJP Health Agency's authorization to make future debits from my checking account. I also changed my account number, as the bank employee who I spoke with told me that the company might try to make future debits from my account using another name.

It was at this time that I believed that I was the victim of a scam and decided to file a complaint against PJP Health Agency with the Nassau County Office of Consumer Affairs. The woman I spoke with at the Office of Consumer Affairs told me that they had received many complaints against PJP Health Agency and gave me the number of a woman by the name of Janet Davignon at the New York State Insurance Department in Albany who was now handling the investigation. I called and spoke with Ms. Davignon, and she told me that her office had received many complaints against PJP Health Agency and that she was currently involved in a joint investigation with the fraud departments of a couple of health insurance companies. She listened to the details of my complaint and told me that she would be in contact with me in the future.

My advice to anyone who is reading this and has been ripped off or deceived by PJP Health Agency is to call Ms. Davignon as soon as possible to add you name to the list of victims of PJP Health Agency! I am also going to take the advice contained in a previous post and call up the producer of "Shame, Shame, Shame". The only way to stop scammers like PJP Health Agency is to share your story and file complaints with the proper authorities!

PJP Health Agency is the absolute worst company I have EVER had to deal with. They signed me up with an insurance company and they have been holding onto money they owe me for months and months, collecting interest on money that is not theirs. They cannot give me a reason as to why they deny the claims I submit. Only after hours and hours of fighting, do they finally pay the claims. I am going through this for the third time, and have now reported them to BBB.

Their customer service reps have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, they don't listen, they talked over me constantly, they gave my OBGYN incorrect information which ended up costing me HUNDREDS of dollars in treatment that was not covered. They told me I would "only" have to pay a copay for my prescriptions. NOPE.WRONG. They only pay a small % of the prescription, so I have started a medication that I really can't stop now and it's costing me about $200 a month...

They don't follow through, they are a horrible horrible HORRIBLE company! I canceled my policy with them and after reading all the complaints I also closed out my bank account. I don't need PJP Health agency to continue taking money from my account after the policy was canceled.

I am glad I read this board after I thought I purchased insurance...No sooner that I did I ran to the bank to stop paymnet so I wasn't scammed like the rest on here...I currently have great insurance but not my girlfriend as we are not married yet but tried to help her in the mean time until we do, wow what a wake up call..Soon as I typed their info in the computer this page came up and ...BOOM...Called the bank before they could even process the payment (cost 30$) but well worth it...Called them back to let them know what I know about them and they were a stuttering mess, almost laughable to say the least..Stay away from them as it is only a matter of time before they all end up in jail...

PJP (Health Essencial Health Care) is a FRAUD and SCAM, after speaking with the REP., not even 5min., he started to ask for my bank acct.( a light-bulb) immediately pop in my head. i said to him im not comfortable with giving that info over the phone, besides ive never heard of (Health Essencial) before. I then ask, are you with the BBB, yes were rated A+ excellence. I started to ask ? about the quote he had given me(steady talking over me) you're never going to find a better rate than this, and true enough, he was right $169 everything included. Meanwhile, still asking for acct. info atleast 5x's. well sir im going to have to contact BBB, i understand he said, but your not going to find a better rate(continiously). mam all i need is your acct info...ha! I then said to him, let me call you back, i need to find out more about your company. True enough i did, BBB rated them a F, scored a 4.2 out of 5 and does'nt have sufficient info on the company. Please BE AWARE OF THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES. It's also GOOD to ask QUESTIONS on what they DONT COVER as well as what they DO COVER.

I filled out some information on the internet looking to get health insurance and I was contacted by an agent from PJP Health Agency. He was the 1st to reply to my request for medical insurance info. He described an insurance coverage plan that sounded too good to be true. He told me that it was just like group coverage through an employer & that it was available because there are sometimes some extra slots available through large companies (not sure of the exact quote). So this was something I should jump on. He told me many things that were not true (at the end of our conversation, I was convinced that it was GREAT).

I should have done my research, but I bought into the things this man was telling me. When the contract arrived, it looked bad. I telephoned immediately to find out what exactly would be covered. I was given the "run around" and told that they could not tell me until they received the bill from the doctor. I should have cancelled then and there, but I trusted him. I bare much responsibility in this poor decision, but I was lied to beyond belief! I will no longer trust sales people and I will do my research. This was a scam.

After I received the first charge to my bank account from PJP Health Agency, I freaked out and did a little research, it was too late. I had had a full physical exam, with blood work, mamogram, pap, etc. The insurance probably paid approximately $$125.00 towards all of this. I will not know exact figures until statements come from all providers. That is very frightening.

When I did cancel this policy, I also canceled my credit card, as I had learned that PJP Health Agency had allegedly continued to charge former clients after they'd canceled. They were not going to take me again. What a learning experience! I could have gladly done without it.

Beware! Do not enroll with this company. This company is a major fraud. All they care about is your money. When I first talked to my insurance agent, he quoted us an inexpensive health plan which supposedly will cover our medications, unlimited doctors visits, etc. Basically, the agent gaive us a sales pitch just to get us to enroll with them.

What the agent quoted me originally is not the same when we first received the first bill. I should have known that this company is a fraud when the agent was all too eager to get my credit card number even before sending me information about the policy. Their agents must be on commission basis. But the real truth is once you're enrolled, they will all of a sudden increase your premium AND you will also find out that nothing is really covered-no meds, no doctors visits. My husband and I were unable to get our medications covered eventhough I clearly told the agent about the importance of our monthly medications(he assured us of course that we were definitely covered). Because of the lies and the fraud we cancelled our policy. What a bunch of crooks!

Hey "B.G. concerned" (aka Dan Hardwick, General Manager of PJP Health Agency): I wouldn't be so smug if I were you. Just because PJP Health Agency has not yet been shut down doesn't mean that it won't be in the near future. Many of the people who have been posting complaints about your company online have also been filing written complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, The New York State Attorney General's Office, The New York State Insurance Department, as well as the fraud departments of the various health insurance companies (UnitedHealthcare/Oxford, Blue Cross Blue Shield).

These complaints not only detail how your company misleads customers by tricking them in to believing that they have purchased health insurance coverage when they have actually purchased a medical discount plan, but also detail how you fraudulently obtain health insurance coverage for customers by claiming that they are members of groups and associations which they are not members of.

You can try to spin your lies any way you'd like, Dan, but the fact remains... PJP Health Agency is a dishonest company which rips off it's customers and defrauds insurance companies.

I could write a 20 page report about what ripoffs PJP Health Agency is. The agent who sold me my fraudulent policy told me whatever lie was needed to get me to sign up so she can get paid. And once I signed up I could never get her on the phone to cancel. Of course that is completely opposite of what she told me when she said "if you arent happy with the policy you can cancel at anytime." Just do yourself a favor and run when this company tries to get you. They find a way around everything to make sure they never have to pay you. They have so much small print and are professionals at finding something that makes them not have to pay you. RUN!

Sorry, "Ppl r ###ed", but those who have been misled and ripped off by the con artists at PJP Health Agency have a right to post their negative experiences online if they so desire. How dare you call the victims of PJP Health Agency's health insurance scam "###ed"?

PJP Health Agency is surreptitiously run by brothers Joseph and Philip Teseo, who have both been convicted of stock fraud.

http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=20010715&slug=ipo15

Since the Teseo Brothers are prohibited from being licensed as insurance agents anywhere in the United States due to their criminal past, they use their father Philip Teseo, Sr. and his associate James V. Struss as front men.

PJP Health Agency scams it's clients ("dupes" would be a more appropriate term) by selling them discount medical plans when they have been led into thinking that they have purchased health insurance. Since PJP Health Agency does not supply potential customers with written details of the plan before purchase, most consumers do not realize that they are purchasing a medical discount plan instead of legitimate health insurance. Since most customers do not have law degrees, they are overwhelmed when they are rushed into giving their checking account number and then rushed into e-signing a contract. The so-called "telephone verification process" is bogus, as it is handled in-house, and not by an independent third party.

For those customers that are a little more knowledgeable about the health insurance process and are willing to pay the price, PJP Health Agency does offer health insurance coverage. However, this coverage is not legitimate, because customers are assigned into groups of which they are not members. For example, a customer may be given health coverage through Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but this coverage is issued because PJP Health Agency fraudulently claimed that the customer is a member of a group (i.e. a local Chamber of Commerce), when in fact they are not. If the customer ever has a serious medical condition requiring an expensive procedure or treatment, the insurance company will conduct an investigation which will determine that the insured was not actually a member of the group to which PJP Health Agency claimed they were. This will result in the insurance claim being denied, which will put the customer on the hook for potentially thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars.

Up until recently, PJP Health Agency has been able to fly under the radar and take advantage of both a gullible public and lax enforcement of insurance fraud laws by the state regulatory agencies. But things are starting to change. Both ex-employees, scammed customers, and defrauded insurance companies are coming forward to expose this company for what it really is... a boiler room operation which is engaged in an ongoing criminal enterprise!

If silly consumers would read what they received none of this would happen. Clients are offered various products and when you are given a product you clearly signed up for however now want to complain is just ###ed.

Who signs a contract, does a verification then have nerve to complain online, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GOING TO THE COMPANY AND ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE MATTER WITH A MANAGER...HELLLOOOOOOOO

I'm no fool, I didn't give them any information more than I did on the website form that they called me from. I asked them to email me info, then looked them up before doing any business with them, should be standard business policy for anyone. What I find incredibly funny is, the link that took me to them in the first place, is the first link one see's on this site! Is there no screening of advertisement sales, even on complaint sites?

It's a new year, but PJP Health Agency is still in operation and still scamming unsuspecting "customers" out of their money by issuing them fraudulent health insurance policies. This company is owned by Philip Teseo who, along with his brother Joseph, was convicted of stock fraud back in the late 1990s.

When will the appropriate state and federal regulatory agencies shut this boiler room operation down? How many more people are going to be scammed out of their money before these con artists are put out of business?

Please Google "PJP Health Agency" and "Joseph and Philip Teseo" for more information about this unscrupulous company and the ### who run it.

Thanks everyone for all the advise...My daughter has gone to the bank and filled out the ACh Form and I actually did get to speak with two different people @ PJP twice in one day. Amazing...To Beldar, I appreciate your advise but why be so nasty in your last sentence. Noone deserves to be ripped off, no matter what advise they take or not take. But thank you anyway, for providing a phone number for Judy Doyle ..

Will update as soon as this is resolved. Hope everyone who has fallen into any type of scam gets their money back.

TVL MCRARY: PJP Health Agency's scam is that once you have given them your checking account number, they will immediately begin to debit money from your checking account. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact a live person in order to tell them to cancel your insurance policy. Leaving a message on their voice mail system is a complete waste of time as it will not be answered. The only way to stop them from debiting your account is to close your checking account or go to your bank and fill out an ACH Form. After doing this, I strongly suggest that you give Judy Doyle at the New York State Insurance Department a call. She can be reached at [protected]. If you won't take my advice, then you deserve what you get.

This is valued information because we were recently ripped off by PJP Health Agency. I am a senior citizen and was trying to help my wife obtain insurance. PJP Health Agency promised the world to us to get our business and provided nothing but were very quick to debit our bank account twice. To play it safe our bank recommended that we close our account and open a new one because PJP could still put in a request for a payment for a different amount then what you want stopped, the bank could process the different amount. If you have overdraft protection, you may have in place an amount that is allowed to be paid by the bank without question. Please check.

atc1982: Go to your bank and fill out an ACH Form as soon as possible! The filing of this form will prevent PJP Health Agency from making future unauthorized ACH withdrawals from your checking account. You may also ask your bank to file a dispute in order to have the previously debited funds put back into your checking account.

Up until fairly recently, very few of the people who have been ripped off and lied to by PJP Health Agency have bothered to post complaints online or file complaints with state and federal agencies like the New York State Insurance Department, the New York State Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAN ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY PJP HEALTH AGENCY FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THESE AGENCIES! Now that more and more people are coming forward to tell their stories, it looks like PJP Health Agency may finally have to answer to the authorities for their misdeeds!

Ms. Judy Doyle of the New York State Insurance Department is one of the people currently investigating the business practices of PJP Health Agency. You can contact her at [protected] to share your experiences. Bought a medical plan for my daughter in October of this year for 227.50 plus 59.95 per month as she turned 22 and was no longer covered by my BC/BS. Of course it is an automatic debit as the salesman said they did not do regular paper billing. My ### antennae went way up but the salesman was insistent that it was on the up and up even though I was hesitant. He gave me a number to call back and actually called a few days later as he had to talk personally to my daughter to OK the plan. PJP was about $40 a month cheaper than Healthy NY, which I used for about a year for my son. I just sent an email to PJP at terminations@pjphealthagency.com to terminate the plan as she will now be allowed to return to my BC/BS plan as of the first of 2011. The email was returned as undeliverable. She did submit one medical claim which was paid; sheI only submitted one though. I will now be contacting my bank to stop any future debits. I have a few suggestions for others who may be looking for medical insurance. 1-Get it through your employer if at all possible. 2-Trust your instincts and don't feel desperate because; 3-Healthy NY is a reputable and affordable alternative that sends a monthly bill

Don't believe all of the negative information that is being written about PJP Health Agency?

Read the following excerpt from an article printed in the July 15, 2001 issue of the Seattle Times:

"In 1999, four were convicted or accused felons, including Joseph Teseo, 32, and Philip Teseo, 29, who pleaded guilty that year in a scheme to manipulate IPOs. The Teseos declined comment."

I am glad that I was able to be of help to the people who had the brains to do a little research before being taken in by PJP Health Agency and their health insurance scam.

To the ringers (Owners and employees of PJP Health Agency who are posting on this, and other consumer complaint websites) who are becoming unhinged because of the cautionary information that is being written here and on other consumer complaint websites:

Let's see how much longer your company is in business. You used to be known as "Phil Teseo, Sr. Insurance", then "Health and Life Direct", but when word spread about your shady way of doing business, you changed your name to "PJP Health Agency". What are you going to do now... change your name to something else? That might work for a little while, but sooner or later, the chickens will come home to roost, and your new alias will start receiving the large number of complaints that "Health and Life Direct" and "PJP Health Agency" have received.

Let's face it... the jig is finally up! The state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as the insurance companies are onto you. It is only a matter of time before justice is served!

Oh, and by the way... Accusations cannot be considered slander if they are true!

Beware.

Some background information...

PJP Health Agency..formerly Health & Life Direct...formerly Phil Teseo Sr...

...is a boiler-roomesque, BS, fraudulent, company run by scam artists and professional swindlers.

Owned by ex- strattonites ( the biggest stockbroker crooks ever ), these personal friends of Jordan Belfort are all around ###, bottom of the earth, diseased, disgusting dirt bags.

Brothers Phillip and Joseph Teseo are the owners and they technically are not allowed to be involved in a brokerage like this. So...every day they violate this law...but who's watching, right?

They have countless employees who have got in trouble in the past for ripping people off.

This place trains there employees to rip people off by demanding that they sell the the worst possible health insurance plans you could imagine. They hand out deceptive scripts and demand that the employees read them over the phone to unsuspecting victims. In order for them to sell this garbage they make the insurance plans sound better than they are and convince people that it is all they qualify for. They are also charging there victims ridiculous application fees and inflated premiums. The only objective is for them to get your checking account number.

Watch Out!

Beldar, you do realize that you can google the name of any company that provides any kind of service and there will be complaints about them, even some of the largest most reputable companies in the world have pages and pages of complaints on [redacted] and this site. What is so blatantly obvious is that you are just a disgruntled ex employee of PJP who is using this board as a means to smear the name of your former employer because you could not succeed in a competitive sales environment. You call the owner of the company Phil, by his full name in your posts, a name that only a former employee would know, you aren't a customer with a complaint because a customer would have never known his full name, nor would they know so much about the actual atmosphere of the job. There are plenty of people like you who come onto these sites and rip companies who have fired them or let them go because you and many like you couldn't cut it.
I worked at PJP for almost a month and it was not for me, I'm not cut out for a sales environment. I did not like the training, and I did not like the job, but one thing I can say, is not once was I ever told to pretend we were selling insurance during my training or anyone else's around me. There are 3 offices, and the training office in Garden City is where the discount benefit plans are sold, the other two offices are where the fully licensed agents sell their insurance products, and at the Garden City training office it is made very clear to each and every employee that you are not to mislead people into thinking they are getting full coverage medical insurance, because as a trainee you are not licensed to sell insurance, therefore you are only allowed to sell discount plans, which are available to the entire country and are sold by many other insurance companies. These discount plans are sold for two reasons, because people can't afford major medical insurance and because people are denied medical coverage, so these discount plans are for people that don't want to pay 100% of the cost out of their own pockets. Is it as good as insurance, of course not, but it is better than nothing, and in no way were we taught to make people believe they were getting insurance. EVERY phone call is recorded, and everyone that signs up for the discount plan goes through a recorded phone verification in order to MAKE SURE they know they aren't getting insurance, so Beldar, for you to say that it is a scam and people are being misled, you are completely wrong. You can slander me, call me names, and say I am one of the boiler room type employees with a first time registration to this site just trying to save face, but in reality, I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE, JUST LIKE YOU ARE, the only difference is I am not bitter that I could not succeed there, I am just honest about my ability as a sales person. If people for one second think anytime they are called after putting their information online that they aren't receiving a sales call, well then they are just completely naive. Its done for car insurance, mortgages, and just about everything else you try and buy nowadays.
If people would just take a few minutes to research these things before they submit information online then they wouldn't walk away feeling like they were wronged. The cost of health insurance is so high these days that for some, these discount plans make sense and are the only way they can save money.
I feel bad for you Beldar, because I'm sure your probably a nice person, but you don't have to be so bitter.

this is all ridiculous BS. unless you actually purchased an insurance policy through pjp and NOT a medical discount plan, you have no right to slander people's names and or the company's name on this website. its actually illegal. discount plans are NEVER reffered to as insurance and as a matter of fact, the recorded verification call states clear as day, "this is NOT insurance."

furthermore, if your unhappy with the sales method, it is what is, health insurance is competitive, time sensitive and something that is procrastinated way to much! hence millions of people without it. if you think you are more 'savvy' than a licensed agent trained and licensed by your resident state, more power to you. however, most likely you'll end up posting complaints about aetna or bc/bs becuase you overlooked a limitation on the policy your so-called expertise chose for you. if you dont want to get calls, then dont fill out applications in which it requires your phone number. if you dont trust your agent, simply ask to see a copy of his/her insurance license or their license number.

Finally, ALL IS COMPLIANT WITH THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE.

Well I appreciate all the comments above. I am searching for an individual plan and spoke to a Donald K Ulrich from PJP who called me in the same manner as the other people on this site who searched online for health care. At first I was very impressed and excited to hear that I could get Horizon insurance. I was upset by the $900.00 price tag but honestly I pay $745 now for COBRA. He said he could get me in a group plan because NJ has some law that states people in a certain age group or risk factor can be considered a group. I began to be suspicious because I have never heard of that. I am a realtor and evenrealtors are not considered a group in NJ otherwise we would have group health insurance. Then he began really pressuring me to give him my account number so the big red flags went up. I told him I needed documentation with a plan summary so I could lay this plan next to the plans I was considering from other sources. He then said that the way they save money is by not offering copies of the plan. I said well what about a website link? He said no. I said how can I make a decision about healthcare when I can't compare the plans? He said well you have car insurance and you don't know everything about that plan either. He began to get very impatient and said he could post date my application and I would have up to the 5th of December to accept or decline but I needed to give him my bank info. I said I would call him back, he said I would never call him back and I risk losing coverage because I need to be in a new plan by December 31st. I said yes and now it is November 23 so what is the rush. I told him I like to meet people in person and could I come to Melville. He said yes but it would be a long ride from NJ. I finally just had to hang up on him because he would not stop saying he wanted my bank info. I know from being a realtor you have to be assertive and sometimes your knowledge of the market can actually benefit your clients. Such as showing them the cost savings of buying now vs waiting till the market improves etc. However I do not scare people into making one of the most important life decisions they will make. I just give the facts and some advice and it is up to them to decide. How sad that we have people out there scaring and scaming each other over health care...I am so sad for America right now

brokeragent: You con artists over at the boiler room operation known as PJP Health Agency have an answer for everything, don't you?

The truth is that your company has been deceiving customers by selling them medical discount plans when they have been led to believe by dishonest agents that they have purchased health insurance. You are also enrolling customers in health insurance plans by claiming that they are members of groups which they are not actually members of. Your deceptive and unethical business practices sound like outright fraud to me!

Let's face reality here... The complaints posted on this and other websites were written by REAL people who have been ripped off by PJP Health Agency, while the comments written defending PJP Health Agency are written by "ringers" (employees of PJP Health Agency posing as consumers). Something tells me that "the chickens are coming home to roost", and PJP Health Agency will soon have to answer for their fraud!

jeff carter2: I see from your profile (which notes that this is your first and only comment on Complaints Board) that you live in Amityville, New York. If this is so, then why would you ever be given coverage with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey, as this company only insures residents of the State of New Jersey?

Busted! Another PJP Health Agency ringer has been exposed posting favorable comments on this website in order to deflect some of the legitimate negative comments posted by REAL people!

umm i bought a major medical plan from pjp. i called my agent, he showed me his license on the NJ state website. its legit, but he said that there IS a division of the company that sells medical discount plans if major and limited insurance policies are to expensive or they dont qualify cuz of health. ive been on my policy for 3 months and submitted a few claims so far, no problem. they did everything by the book.. recorded phone verification, email e-signature, the whole nine.

no complaints here! im sorry everyone who is unhappy cuz you didnt know what you were buying.
