Petronas / stupid but rude staff & procedures

I drove to in first time to this petronas station in kesas highway heading towards subang jaya.
I always use samsung pay to pump petrol and purchase in many other stations which they do not need any verification or signature (Which is the right way).

This particular station ask me scan & and pump petrol...
Then ask me to comeback into shop to scan again..
After scan print receipt & sign.

This is my very 1st time seeing this kind of procedures

Petronas, are u really aware what is samsung pay all about???
It meant for conveniences, not to give more trouble with your incompetent staff. Not to mention very rude & arrogant bangla in counter threatened not to process in future if not following "their procedure"

This procedure & attitude defeats the purpose of samsung pay. Get your information right before putting your staff infront.
