I guess I should learn but every year I participate in the PepsiCo/NFL promotion. And every year they are terrible at managing it. Last year I gave up after week 1s entries. I plan football get togethers and events for my employer and always would purchase pepsi and tostitos products around this time of year to get the codes to play the promotion. Last year I reached out to customer service and each week was told to call back next week. After about a month I stopped calling. I also stopped buying their product to supply our parties. This year I tried again and week 1 I received the communication and reward as expected but just like last year that was where it stopped. I have called each week now and am being told call back next week. I cant believe something cant be done to manage this process. I get that it is free stuff but the cost to get the codes isn't free.
