Payoneerpayment missing

my payment was hold by payoneer and after providing all the needed information there is no clue and update about my payment and now live chat is saying it was deposit on 13-nov-2018 but it is not the case beacuse i didn't recive any money and i have payoneers email in which they are saying that payment will be on hold until you provide once i provide i was expexting that my payment will arrave in 2-3 days but no i was wrong it is still missing and i have report this 12-15 time 3-4 time i have chat with them but they are saying we are working and etc but my payment is missing and its 12 day of my payment that it is not in my account or in my bank account
