I gotta say, I've been using PandaHall for a while now and while I love the variety of items they offer, the shipping can be a bit of a drag. But hey, I'm usually placing some pretty big orders so I guess it makes sense that it takes a while to get to me.

One thing I will say is that the prices are super low, which is great if you're on a budget like me. But sometimes you really do get what you pay for. I've bought some really cheap items from them and they tend to break pretty easily. So just keep that in mind when you're shopping around.

Overall though, I really do like the website. They have such a huge variety of items to choose from, it's hard not to find something you like. And the fact that they offer such low prices is definitely a plus.

If you're in a rush and need your items ASAP, I'd recommend ordering at least a month in advance just to be safe. But if you're not in a rush and don't mind waiting a bit, then PandaHall is definitely worth checking out. Just remember that the cost of the item can reflect its overall quality.

So, I recently bought some mangano calcite beads from PandaHall and I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I've bought these beads before from another vendor and they were uv reactive, but these ones from PandaHall were not. In the photo, you can see the ones on the left are the ones I got from the other vendor and the ones on the right are from PandaHall. As you can see, the ones from PandaHall only glow white under black light, which is not what I was expecting. They should be a dark coral color.

I reached out to customer service to express my concerns and they didn't really seem to care. They just kept asking for proof, which I provided, and then asked again. It was like they were just giving me the runaround. They kept insisting that they were pink mangano calcite beads, but I'm not so sure. It's possible that they are calcite, but of such low quality that they don't glow. Either way, they weren't a good product and I was pretty disappointed.

To make matters worse, they didn't refund my money or offer any kind of compensation. It was like they just didn't care about my experience as a customer. I was really hoping for better from PandaHall, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

So, I decided to give PandaHall another shot after watching a YouTuber unbox their order from there. I was pretty excited to start my own order, but when I saw the shipping cost, I was a bit disappointed. However, I realized that I may have selected the wrong option, so I decided to give it another try.

This time, I selected 21 items for a total of around 13 dollars. The shipping cost was around 7 dollars, which was still a bit pricey, but it averaged out to less than a dollar per item. I was happy with my purchase, especially since I picked out strands of 6mm glass pearls and 4mm crystal bicones.

Overall, I think PandaHall is a great option for those who are looking for affordable crafting supplies. It's definitely way cheaper than driving 35 minutes to the nearest craft store, only to find out that they don't have what you're looking for. I'm glad I gave it another try and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a good deal.

This company, PandaHall, is not the best if you have any issues with your order. I had ordered four bags of 200 pieces of broken wing charms, but unfortunately, all of the loops were breaking off when I tried to use them on a split ring. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of their product, so I sent them photos to show them the problem. However, I had to email them multiple times to get a response, and when they finally did reply, they were actually quite rude about it.

At first, they told me that they would do nothing to help me, which was very frustrating. Then, they offered me a 30% discount, which I didn't think was enough to make up for the poor quality of their product. After more emails back and forth, they increased their offer to a 40% discount, but I still wasn't satisfied. Finally, after literally begging them to refund or replace their horrible quality product, they agreed to refund the amount.

This website is the worst I have ever dealt with. They sent me my items 2 days after I placed my order, but the problem is that all of the items were sent separately. And if you ask me what's so bad about it, I will tell you, that knowing how long it takes the items to get the USA, I assume they won't arrive at the same time.
Moreover, I already received one 9 weeks after its shipping, and I have no idea where the others are. Needless to say, I am very disappointed I was right :(

Ordered once from PandaHall and that time they did not deliver one item because it was not in stock, but they were very nice and gave me a refund. Recently I made another order and this time already 2 items were no more in stock and I received partial order. I was hoping to get a refund, but when I contacted them they refused to give my money back! I don't know what had happened to them but they aren't so nice as they were. It is also very complicated to communicate with them because their English is super poor.

Last month I orded huge glass beads from pandahall and I am satisfied with items and service so far. However, a few glass beads arrived broken but overall quality is great and selection unmatched. Customer service is very helpful and everyone I have dealt with has been nice. My orders arrive within 15 days and shipping is flat rate of only 5 dollars! I will continue to order from pandahall and would like to recommend them to all jewelry making fans.

I feel that people should be aware my experiences of PandaHall's latest policies concerning refunds. When complaining about shoddy products (sometimes it amazes me how certain products can make it through 'quality' control) they offer you their standard answer of 20% refund for the cost of the item. When you state that this is not ok as the item is unusable and what about the shipping costs, then now say that you need to ship the faulty items back to their nearest office registered or with tracking (often overseas) for a full refund. Well of course this is going to cost a fortune to send heavy items overseas with tracking, so most people will just give up won't they, and this is what PandaHall wants. So after my last complaints I opened a case with Paypal for full item refund plus shipping costs. Guess what folks? Even paypal say that I have to ship the goods back at my own expense! Way to go Paypal for siding with a company employing very dubious business methods! I just got off the phone with Paypal and explained the situation, that I am unwilling to spend £50 shipping faulty items worth half that amount and while they were sympathetic and could see my point of view, said that that were just following standard procedure as PandaHall did offer a refund on return of the goods. The only comfort that she could offer, was that if they (Paypal) start to get a lot of claims and complaints against PandaHall, they will break their agreement with them. So I only hope that all dissatisfied PH customers DO open disputes and even call Paypal and make their feeling known because perhaps eventually something will be done. Let's face it Panda Hall will find it hard to survive if their customers can't pay through Paypal.

I ordered an item for $20 from PandaHall.com. They sent me wrong item. I contacted them and claimed about the mistake. They asked me to make a photo of the item I received and then they will send the right one. This situation recurred 3 times. I am tired already.
