[Resolved] outsurance / cancellation of my policy

After many years (15+) of being a client, I had to cancel my policy because I left the country. I send a mail cancelling my policy on 26 October 2015. I received a mail back, renewing it by Outsurance -without authorization and carrying on with payment (I have nothing in SA). After about 20 mails and various telephone calls from Zambia, Ii received a letter they will cancel on 3 December and I will pay a month notice. I have lodge complaints on their web- site, at customer complaints and various mail- all copies in my possession

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
